Wonderful location, nice place, clean, and easy to deal with!

  • 5 of 5

We loved where we stayed in Rome! A great location near all the important monuments! If you don't always want to eat out it has a nice kitchen fully equipped to cook dinner or any meals at home! Just a little fun fact it has a washer machine but all of Italy has no dryers!! All in all nice place to stay!

Happy experience; Rome is hospitable, culturally and design-wise unsurpassed.

Enjoyed exploring the piazzas, markets, backstreets, FOOD, and modern art.

Older apartment, not shabby

  • 5 of 5

At first we were impressed by the size of the apparamento, but not the general state of decor. It took 24 hours or less to start to love the place. We like to walk, so the location at the south edge of Rome's area of interest to tourists, was perfect. We walked 80km in 6 days. The toilet could flush less stubbornly, and the shower head could provide a more pleasing stream, but really, we were pleased with our choice. Close to the busy streets around Il Colosseo, and yet quiet. Try Bar Antico Roma, a block north on Marco Aurelio. Great cappuccino and pastries. Riccardo, our host recommended Bar del Fico, a nice long walk away. Dinner there was fabulous!

Nice apartment

  • 4 of 5

The location of the apartment was GREAT! It was great to turn a corner and see the Collesium. Ricardo met us at the apartment and gave us a tour and suggestions for restaurants. We sat out on the terrace in the evenings. Although not luxurious, the apartment was very comfortable and met our needs while we were visiting Rome.

We really enjoyed our stay at Riccardo's apartment. We promised ourselves a return trip to Rome and we would certainly stay here again... as well as recommend it to any of our friends visiting Rome.
