Nice apartment

  • 4 of 5

The location of the apartment was GREAT! It was great to turn a corner and see the Collesium. Ricardo met us at the apartment and gave us a tour and suggestions for restaurants. We sat out on the terrace in the evenings. Although not luxurious, the apartment was very comfortable and met our needs while we were visiting Rome.

Great Rome apartment in great location

  • 4 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay at Riccardo's apartment. We promised ourselves a return trip to Rome and we would certainly stay here again... as well as recommend it to any of our friends visiting Rome.

Convenient location

  • 4 of 5

Very close to the Colosseum. Quiet neighborhood with some good restaurants. It felt at least a little out of the craziness of Rome. AC worked well, which is good since it was very hot when we were there. Riccardo was very nice and helpful. The patio was a nice plus. You do have to take the elevator as it is on the 5 floor.

Great location, quiet but could improve

  • 3 of 5

We stayed for a week at the beginning of May. The location is terrific near the Colosseum: 5th floor, large balcony, bedroom faces interior of building so it's quiet for sleeping. Metro, tram and buses all in the vicinity and it's easy to use and get around. However, as mentioned previously, it really needs a paint and a bit of extra cleaning. We found dirty glasses and dishes - probably because the sink plug doesn't work and therefore you can't wash dishes properly. We managed and left everything we used cleaner than we found it, but generally the apartment needs a good scrub and tidy up to get a 5 star rating.
