*Please note that our neighbor is building a home on the lot next to us which is not yet depicted in our photos. Once the property is finished, we will update our photos.* We are well equipped to sleep 8 adults with 3 full bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The main house has two bedrooms (Master with a queen and double futon; downstairs bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed). The Master bedroom has brand new black-out blinds on all windows (not pictured). The third bedroom is it's own private 'cabin' located a few steps away with electric baseboard heat. The cabin bedroom does not have running water or a bathroom. Kitchen is stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, and other accessories you will need to cook in or grill out on the deck. We supply kitchen basics including spices, soap, sponges, paper towels, coffee, olive oil, etc. Also provided for your convenience is a one night supply of shampoo/soap/lotion and plenty of clean linens. We also have an outdoor electric sauna to relax your muscles after a long day of skiing or hiking.
All of the modern amenities you need to relax and live in style are offered here and include stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop range, gas fired wood stove, flat screen TV, cable and internet, leather reclining furniture, Blu-ray player with 50+ movies, wood slab dining table, and a gas grill on the deck where you can soak in the sun while enjoying the views from the patio furniture. For families we have a high chair, Pack 'N Play, and baby gates for safety.

There is a Schlage brand smartlock key pad on the front door to provide convenient access to guests. You will receive a unique 4-digit code prior to your arrival with instructions.
A minimum of 2 days notice required for bookings although shorter notice will be accommodated when possible.
**Parking** This is a shared driveway with the owner of the neighboring lot. It is very important that you do not park in their parking spaces. You will have access to our two (2) parking spaces which are furthest to the right at the end of the driveway. Please do not park in the neighbor's two parking spaces to the left. Additional street parking is available. If you're going to need more than two dedicated parking spaces, please contact the property manager.
**Access** Getting to the property will require 4-wheel drive (preferably studded tires) in the winter and shoulder season months (Oct. - April). Please consider this when booking your stay. The road is plowed and graveled in the winter, but does have a steep grade, so please be prepared and use caution. The driveway, exterior boardwalks, and stairs can also be slippery when wet or icy so PLEASE use caution at all times. The main house is three levels with a spiral staircase (as seen in the photos). Please be careful on the stairs. We do have built-in baby gates on each level of the property by the stairwell.
