The “Steph’s Dreams” villa is ideal for families or friends wishing to be in the heart of nature. The cabin is completely surrounded by trees and is connected to shore by a small gateway and it merges with its environment as it brings calmness to its guests. “Steph’s Dreams”? An homage to Stéphane who accompanies us with enthusiasm and good mood in our projects since 2011. In gratitude for his heart in the work and design of this first villa. Each piece of wood was worked, modelled and sanded by his warm hands. Located on a pond with a surface area of approximately 2,5 hectares, all bordered by the Valmont River. An extraordinary place, quiet and relaxing, perfect for those who love nature since they will be able to observe the birds, tease the fish and smell the perfume of the aquatic plants while bathing in the sun!

Pleasant, comfortable, passion for the water. Our three floating villas on a 2.5 ha pond have all the comforts. The first villa “Steph’s Dreams” was put in the water in May 2015. The second “I’m not a morning person” was opened in July 10th, 2015. The third one “The Earth is round for those who love” opens in January 15th, 2016. You can choose your cabin on the water, navigate by boat and become the master of your own accommodation! Go aboard our floating accommodation for an unforgettable night by the edge of the water. Sleep in the heart of a small corner of paradise where the flora and the fauna bloom: an unusual and fun experience to enjoy with your family, with your friends or with your couple. There is a boat at your disposal for you to go on a trip around the pond. You can take your breakfast of baguettes and hot croissants, previously cooked in your oven and take them to the terrace and get carried away by your dreams while you enjoy them. Our villas are all made in wood and respect the environment that surrounds while offering all the comforts you need. The heating allows you to stay during the winter where the landscapes are sublimated by the snow. Equipped with a shower, a WC, a sink, a kitchen sink, oven, a multi-functions microwave, cooking plate, hood and refrigerator. The large terrace will allow you to enjoy the sun at any time of the day; there you can take your breakfast, your cocktails and diner by the edge of the pond. The villas are completely built in wood and respect the surrounding environment. They were located in spaces that respect the flora and the fauna. The purpose: to value and use the maximum “nature” in a preserved environment. Let yourself be lulled by the water during your stay. Live as if you were on a nest in the water. The place is ideal for intense and lovely memories or a romantic weekend together. The sunrise is as beautiful as the sunset. To sleep in these lovely wood huts is having the guarantee to be living an exceptional moment by the edge of the water. Come fish roaches, carps, pikes and eels from the terrace of your villa and relax in the pond, go on large hikes on the paths and high cliffs of Fecamp, go biking, visit the surroundings, and do as you please! “Steph’s Dreams”?
