One of the best locations in La Torre Golf Resort, with a fabulous swimming pool and amazing views (front and back). Situated at the edge of the resort, the apartment is in a quiet location but still only 5-6 minutes walk from the bars, restaurants and golf club.
The property is centrally heated , with air conditioning in the living area and both bedrooms (note that the bedroom A/C units are being installed this Spring 2016). There is a fully equipped kitchen, with large fridge freezer, dishwasher, 4 ring electric hob, oven and washing machine. In the lounge there is a good-quality 3-seater soft leather settee and two comfortable chairs, flat screen TV with satellite decoder (English channels), DVD player and powered speakers for an MP3 player. Free wifi will also be available from early 2016.
The dining area is situated between the lounge and the front terrace and has seating for four. There is also a dining table on the terrace with seating for four.
There are 2 double bedrooms with high-quality English beds, both of which can be configured as twins if desired. Both bedrooms are equipped with a good-sized mirror, convenient power-points and a small dressing table. Both rooms have access through double-doors to the rear terrace, which offers far-reaching views across open country-side all the way to the Mar Manor (approx. 20 km away).
The rear balcony/terrace is equipped with a small table and two chairs, and is a great place to sit and enjoy the morning sun.
There is a large terrace accessible from the lounge, with with 4 fold-away, lightweight sun loungers (which can also be carried to the beach if required). The pool and town centre (in the far distance) are all illuminated at night, making the terrace a wonderful place to relax in the evenings.
The resort hosts a number of bars and restaurants (including a good Italian for pasta and pizzas), which are all within an easy 5-10 walk. There is a well-stocked (and reasonably priced) supermarket close the to resort entrance, offering freshly baked baguettes, fresh vegetables, and most things you'll need. You can walk to it in 10 minutes (along safe paths and pavements) or drive in 2-3 mins.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has direct lift access from the underground car park (i.e. car to door in less than 10 paces !).
