I have always love the French Quarter and I was coming down so often that I decided to buy. I have never regretted my decision to be a part of New Orleans and having the opportunity to share my condo with others that feel the same. Brad
Brad Granberry purchased this condo in 2006
My condo is located right in the heart of the French Quarter.
This was our third visit to New Orleans and our first opportunity to stay at "Down on Dauphine" and we couldn't be happier with the beautiful accommodations and the outstanding service shared with us by Brad and his staff. While the photos on line are beautiful, they still fall short of the overall comfort, charm and ambiance that is 734 Dauphine. Brad was absolutely fantastic and worked with us as we had to change our original travel plans due to medical issues that arose. He was both understanding and compassionate about our situation and made us feel special and appreciated. Our stay from 6/15/16 to 6/22/16 was truly the best time we have had while staying in NOLA and when we return, the ONLY place for us to stay is "Down on Dauphine". Brad communicated with us on numerous occasions and shared restaurant and entertainment suggestions and even made a point to call us the second day of our stay to make sure we were doing well and if there was anything he could help us with at that point. The location is fantastic and you can walk to anywhere in The Quarter or even to Frenchmen Street with little or no real effort at all. If you're coming to New Orleans do yourself a favor and stay at this beautiful home. I would go as far as changing the dates of my visit to make sure I had the chance to make this my home during my stay.
Thank You so much Brad for ALL you did for us and we will always make this our home on any visit to New Orleans.

My husband and I have stayed in most of the big nice hotels in New Orleans and nothing compares to Down on Dauphine. The location, the privacy, and attention to all the small details are part of what makes this place special. The other part is it is absolutely beautiful. Thanks to Brad for sharing his little slice of heaven in NOLA with us. We will be back!

Down on Dauphine was even nicer than we expected. All was very clean. The unit was charming and very well-equipped, quiet, easy walking distance to everything we desired to see. A comfortable bed is important to us and we were very satisfied with it; sheets and pillows of very high quality and made us feel pampered.
Brad was very helpful and sent us useful information about things to do and see in the area. He is well organized and was good about explaining everything we needed to know about our arrival--even sent the keys ahead of time to our home. Regina was there cleaning the unit when we arrived and she was so nice about answering any questions we or our friends had.
Last, but not least, we just loved the cozy little courtyard. Our friends were renting the unit across from us and we shared the courtyard; had it all to ourselves except for the last night when the owners of another unit arrived, but there was plenty of room for all of us. It was private and a great place to meet our friends for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. We would definitely stay there again if we get back to New Orleans.
This place was everything I expected plus some. It's in a great location, close to The Bourbon Orleans Hotel, yet secluded, tucked away off the street so you wouldn't even know it was there. No noise at night. Comfy bed and pillows- better than a hotel. Really nicely furnishied and every amenity you would need in the way of toiletries and towels. Brad is wonderful to work with, making the whole process easy and convenient plus provides helpful suggestions. From that We ended up taking the Cajun Encounters tour in the small boat with Captain Greg and it was really cool.
I stayed in this awesome apartment for five nights in March. The apartment is perfect. It is stocked full of nice surprises and amenities. Kitchen is brand new and gorgeous. Great furniture and lovely art throughout. Apartment is located in back part of property and so is quite quiet for the French Quarter (there was a loud group one night at a bar a couple doors down. Honestly can't say enough good about this place. The layout and spiral stairs make it a poor choice for a family - but for a solo traveler or a couple - its ideal. I would choose this place over any other hotels in NOLA, and I have stayed at most of the good ones.
