I must say that this is a wonderful hideaway in P-Town. Your place was just the set up we were looking for-great for the three of us.

We enjoyed the quietness and the location. Your place provided all of our needs and we felt very much at home-in your home.

This condo was perfect for our three generation family. My granddaughter felt like a princess in her large first floor nest. The adults were two floors above (each on our own floor), in large rooms with great bathrooms. Worth noting is the exceptionally well stocked kitchen; two serious cooks in our family were ecstatic. This is just a great condo, beautifully furnished and maintained as noted in every review. The owners were responsive and easy to deal with. We are definitely going to rent this one again.

Owner's Response: Dear Pamela Not only were you kind to give a review of our home but the fact you left it so clean. We appreciate that very much. We look forward to your return next year. It's nice when three generations can get together in one home for a vacation and our home does allow for people to have their own space because of the layout of our home. So happy it all worked out for you. Thanks again Ed

I am desperately trying to think of something original to add to the reviews before me...but, what the heck? Those reviews sold this property to our group so I will just add my rave to the existing pile. From the very first correspondence with Ed to the final email yesterday, it was a pleasure doing business with these gentlemen. The location of this townhouse was perfect for us, off the beaten track but still easy to negotiate town and beach. The Gale Force Bike shop became our go-to for lunch, coffee, snacks, souvenirs, bug spray...oh, and bikes! Victor's is a great restaurant, as well, and provided a fabulous dinner experience without going all the way to town. The townhouse itself was as well-appointed as advertised, with the conveniences of home as well eclectic touches everywhere you looked. In a town with hundreds of choices of accommodations, it speaks worlds that this property is booked continuously by satisfied return renters. Hopefully you will be lucky enough to find a week that it is available, you won't be sorry.

Owner's Response: Mary Ellen First of all I would like to thank you for having chosen our home to rent and secondly for your very nice review. We are asked many times why do we rent out our home and you are an example of why we do. It is really a pleasure knowing people enjoy our home as much as we do. The location is perfect-a short distance to the center of town and a short distance in the other direction to the beaches. People do love that the bike rental shop is a stones throw away and it sounds like you made that your to go to place. We try to keep the home nicely furnished so if there is a rainy day you don't mind being stuck inside the house because it's like being at home. Thank you again and know you are welcome back any time. Ed

They've thought of everything in this fabulous townhouse!

Ed & Tony went above and beyond to make our girls weekend possible! After many years of staying in hotels for our weekends away, this was our first home rental. Because of this lovely townhome and experience, we will never stay in a hotel again!!!! Ed & Tony have thought of every detail to make their home, "your" home. The kitchen was fully and completely equipped with every single thing you could think of, as was the home in general - there were bandages, spices, baking supplies, plastic bags, laundry soap, blow dryers, name it. The even thought of having wonderful neighbors welcome us - hello to C & K!! The roof top deck was the scene for happy hour, lunch and morning coffee (we tried to keep everything to a dull roar)! The rooms were very spacious and wonderfully appointed. The owners even let us sneak in a few hours early! We choose this unit based on the heartfelt reviews we read from previous guests and we are only too pleased to add to those rave reviews! Thank you Ed & Tony for letting us enjoy your home and kind hospitality. Our memories of our visit to P-Town will elicit smiles and laughter for years to come.

Owner's Response: Juliet-I was so glad to meet you and the group upon your departure. At this time I would like to thank you for leaving the home so spotless and also for your very nice review. Tony and I have done a lot of traveling and everywhere we go we pick up new ideas of what we would like to incorporate into our home for our guest. Tony and I love our home very much and the joy we get in return is knowing our guest enjoy our home as much as we do. There is nothing more rewarding in life than to know you have done your part in making someones vacation as good as you possibly can. After reading your review I almost want to rent my house myself. THANK YOU AGAIN!

Great rental; we all loved it!

  • 5 of 5

This home was more than perfect for the 3 couples, of different age groups, who spent a week here! Clean, convenient, spacious, with a complete and easy to use kitchen. Because of the layout of the house (multiple levels, multiple decks), we were able to stay out of each other's way, but also had many points for gathering. We spent early evenings on the roof top deck with a remarkable breeze and fabulous views. The BBQ grill was great; amenities excellent. And everything worked! Above all, staying here was EASY. Quick 10 minute walk to town, a convenience-and-bike rental store down the hill, all without having to deal with the noise and passersby that the main avenue, Commercial St., has. We would love to vacation at Ed's house again.

Owner's Response: Francine, The thing we like most about our home is the fact that the bedrooms are all on different levels. You forget there are other people in the house till you gather in the living room or the dining room. I am glad you enjoyed that feature as well. All of our guest I talk to tell me they never wanted to leave the roof deck and I know the feeling. I always make sure to get up there to take in the panoramic views and just let time fly by. As you mentioned to me you would love to return and that is always our aim-have our guest be pleased with our home so they will return again. Thanks again for choosing our home to vacation in. Ed

Perfect for Bear Week!

  • 5 of 5

My friends and I have rented this townhouse for two years in a row and we love it every year! Our favorite part is really the fully stocked kitchen which has absolutely everything you need to cook all your meals. If you enjoy spending most of your time at the beach like us this is really the perfect location for you! You can easily walk to ride your bikes just about anywhere! The roof top deck has fantastic views especially sunsets! Highly recommend this place to anyone! Lastly communicating with Ed is super easy and simple which makes the entire process effortless!

Owner's Response: Nick, Thank you for your kind review. It was nice having your group for the last two years and also great that they will be returning next year. We like to see our renters return each year and make them feel at home as much as we do.

Great property - fun times!

  • 4 of 5

We stayed here for a full week (the week of July 4th in Ptown). The place was great - outdoor BBQ, roofdeck, three bedrooms, plenty of light. The sound/entertainment system setup downstairs was great, too. We cooked most of our meals at home, and it was a great "home-base" for us between the pool, beach, tea dance, etc.

The one thing we'd do differently is rent bikes next time; it was a bit far to walk multiple times a day, but still, a great property to vacation in!

Owner's Response: Most of our renters bring their own bikes with them but for those that do not-the bike rental place is 1 minute from the house which works out well.

Provincetown has always been many things to many people. A charming New England fishing village, with piers jutting out into the harbor. A bustling art colony of revelry and romance. Here individualism has long been prized. Provincetown has always danced to its own rhythm, and today its music is louder and prouder than ever before. Leathermen, bears, dykes on bikes, transgendered folk, and lots of shirtless hunky boys—you'll spy them all moving easily in the mix. No matter what scene you're looking for, you can find it. Lie in the sun on awesome beaches. Bike or hike along exquisite nature trails. Shop 'til you drop at lively boutiques. Buy art or catch a play. Dance to music spun by DJs from New York, Miami, and beyond. Make new friends. Chances are if you come to Provincetown single, you won't go home that way.

Other Activities: Many historic sites, Cape Cod National Seashore.
