Je n'y retournerai pas

Points forts : La vue, la proximité du village et de la plage, terrasse fleurie. Points faibles : Sérieux problèmes de ventilation, l'odeur est nauséabonde au fond du studio (aucune ouverture). Le lit double est inconfortable (barre en acier qui traverse tout le lit, matelas usé). Ventilateur de la pièce principale très bruyant. Une sérieuse remise en cause (du prix et/ou de la prestation et des équipements) est à envisager rapidement !

Points positifs : La vue incroyable, proximité du village, terrasse très fleurie. Points négatifs : Mauvaise literie, notamment le clic-clac dans le séjour, ventilateur de plafond très bruyant, même à vitesse réduite, sérieux problèmes de renouvellement de l'air, l'odeur régnant dans l'appartement est difficilement supportable, décoration d'un autre temps, douche peu fonctionnelle. Nous ne recommandons pas cette location, dont les prestations sont totalement déconnectées des standards actuels. Un rafraichissement de fond en comble est indispensable !
