The unit has a spacious shaded deck overlooking number ten tee for relaxing and entertaining after golf or a day at the beach. The deck features a bar and a cafe-style table with adequate seating for eight to nine guests. The Master Bedroom features a King-sized bed and brand new private bath. The suite has a large walk-in tile shower in the bathroom with an additional dressing vanity. The second suite offers a Queen-sized bed with a tub/shower combination adjacent to the dressing vanity and bedroom. There are three new HD TVs as well as a stereo CD player in the living room along with free WiFi and Cable Services. A queen-sized sleeper sofa with built-in aero-mattress is available in the living room for additional sleeping. The unit is child and pet-friendly.

We purchased our Atrium Villa at Seabrook because we fell in love with Seabrook and the Atriums the first time we saw them. We love to play golf and relax on the beach...our idea of a great vacation. Add to the immediate surroundings of Seabrook, the fact that the city of Charleston is only a few miles away we feel that we have the perfect combination. The longer we have our Villa, the more we find to enjoy. Seabrook Islanders even love and welcome pets. We are so happy, we just have to share our joy with people who seem to enjoy the same atmosphere.
The two things we love most about our villa are the HUGE deck which is shaded in the afternoon and evening with ocean breezes and the big dining room that easily seats six (or more) not only for meals but family activities and games.
Mr. Cannon called today to thank us for letting him use our unit and tell us what a great time he and his wife and 12 year old daughter (who was able to bring along 2 of her girlfriends) had over the July 4th Holiday. In the past they had gone to hotels and were not able to include "extra Friends" as playmates for his daughter. They seemed to enjoy their visit.
Perfect location, making everything easily accessible. We were blown away by the huge outdoor decks with your great outdoor furniture, including a bar! Appreciated your villa and the whole island being so dog friendly and being able to bring our grand-dog with us! Your place is wonderful, and we loved having two en-suite bedrooms each with their own full bathroom. Hope we can visit again for our family beach vacation!
Our experience was wonderful. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. We did not have any issues whatsoever while we were there and very much enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend this place for a nice quiet family vacation. The beach and pool and golf access are literally steps away and several food options to chose from for lunch or dinner. Only a short drive to Charleston if you wish to spend the day there. We hope to make this a regular stop on our annual vacation schedule, great place!!!

The condo itself was spacious, clean, had great views and everything we needed. It was nice to be able to bring our dog and being on the second level was no problem for us, but might be for an older dog with urgency to go. The owners were very easy to work with and had the weather been better having the community pool real close is a bonus. The island itself is very private and at least a half hour away from major grocery and other activities--we did not really realize this until after we booked. Place is fine if all you want to do is walk, relax, read, swim, play golf(quite expensive)
This was a return trip to your property and once again we were extremely pleased. The layout worked out great and we love the deck area...wonderful for the evenings to hear the ocean and just relax. Once again our dog was able to enjoy a vacation with us and we appreciate your willingness to welcome pets! Highly recommend The Fat Hen...was amazing and totally kid friendly! Hopefully schedules allow us to enjoy your villa again with our friends next year.
This was a perfect spot for us, ideally situated between the beach and the golf course. And the Island House and Pelican Watch were right across the street! You could not ask for a better location. The villa was well appointed and very comfy and the best part was that they accommodated pets so that we could bring our little dog, Heidi, along.
This was a 'working vacation' for us as we spent most of the week with the architect and builder who are building our Seabrook home. We will need to make several more trips like this over the next year and would definitely rent this villa again!
Seabrook Island offers a wide variety of activities. Ocean & beach, pools, golf, equestrian center and tennis as well as Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Marketplace offering shopping and dining facilities to suit everyone. It is a Private, quiet island with 2 golf courses, pools and beachs and is adjacent to Kiawah Island, which offers 5 golf courses, The Sanctuary Hotel and more world class dining. Golf: Our Villa sits above the 10th tee of the Ocean Winds Course at Seabrook. It's great fun to watch the golfers tee off and play their way down the fairway but even more fun to play it yourself. Both the Ocean Winds Course and the Crooked Oaks Course, a Robert Trent Jones course, are available for our guests at special rates.
