This is a wonderful Palm Desert home designed in the Santa Fe style of architecture. It is nestled in the small, quiet, gated Tucson Community. The majestic Santa Rosa Mountains are not too distant. Those who enjoy morning walks will appreciate their rugged beauty.
The home is owned by an Interior Designer. Rich chocolate, mocha, white, burnt orange, hues of green - the colors used inside the home reflect the color palette of the desert. The home has been freshly painted and new carpet and shutters have been installed.
The home is charming as well as cozy and comfortable for two or a family of six. The garden is spacious with mature desert landscaping and a pool. For those who like to cook, the kitchen has an open plan and comes well equipped. The master suite opens to the garden and pool.
The attached garage accommodates two cars. The Tucson Community is a short drive from the La Quinta Arts Festival, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, the Indio Music Festival, and PGA Golf Tournaments. It's also close to the best stores and restaurants in the area.
This is a home to enjoy and one you'll look forward to returning to often.

"What a wonderful and unique place to spend a relaxing holiday. The house was totally amazing, better than described. It was beautiful. We loved the privacy of our own home, and so close to stores and lovely restaurants. We were so delighted that we have re-booked our next stay with you. Our holiday was a total pleasure."
This house was perfect for me and my three friends to spend a warm week watching and playing tennis. We planned this during the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament and we were delighted to find that this house was a 10 minute walk to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. It was also a short drive to public tennis courts and Ralph's (all your food and beverage needs). The house is spacious and the pool (once we got the pool guy into increase the temperature) delightfully warm. A great experience all around.
There are always some down sides and in this instance I would say that the proximity of the property to Washington Ave meant that there was a lot of traffic noise. And there is a school across the street that has a lighted playing field and while the lights were not on every evening they were on for a few nights. Also I would say that the dishwasher needs replacing as it doesn't clean those dishes. And the only other thing is that there was no wi-fi.
