PROPERTY 'PRIVATE (LEASE ONLY), 220 m., Is located on the third floor of a historic palace of the sixteenth century. L 'main entrance of the building is surrounded by the waters of the Canal of the Rio Marin.

Through a large circular staircase leads to the apartment which is divided into two levels: on the third floor we have a large living room with dining area and kitchen, upstairs sleeping area with two double bedrooms and two with a single bed each, two full bathrooms covered with marble, a terrace overlooking the rooftops of Venice.

L 'apartment is elegantly furnished with a classic style, of particular beauty are the stone columns in ionic style that frame the large windowed walls.

Characteristic element is also the natural light that floods the whole house from which you can 'enjoy a breathtaking 270-degree views.

Great location.

Beautiful apartment with in walking distance to the train station and all attractions. My husband and I and our 4 children ages 22,20,18 and 16 stayed here. There was a lot of space and it is in a quite area but you can still walk to everything easily.

Great large apartment close to train station.

This is a large apartment that is a five minute walk from the Venizia St Lucia train station. You literally walk over the bridge to the end of the alley. Being so close to the train station, I was worried it being noisy, but that was not a problem - it was quiet.

Once you get up the 78 circular stairs to the apartment, it is beautiful and large. It has beautiful furniture, including white leather couches and chairs. The beds were comfortable & the kitchen was well equipped.

Communication was a little challenging since I don't speak Italian / venician and they don't speak much English. But working via email or text works well with translations on each end.

We had a small issue with the wifi upon arrival (our son unplugged the modem and reset everything, so it was our fault), but they got Natalia over quickly to correct the problem. Monica & Natalia were prompt and pleasant to work with.

We had a pleasant stay. Thanks!

Wonderful Views/Apartment Layout

Lovely two-story flat close to the train station. Enjoyed the neighborhood and the small, off-beat restaurants. One issue with beds that bugged us - but addressed with the management company to resolve for future guests.

Would like to note that if you have heavy or bulky luggage, you will need to haul it up a smaller, three-story, 76 step circular stairway. Its worth it so I don't want to discourage anyone from staying there; however you should keep this in mind if you have physical concerns to haul your luggage.

Nearby restaurants pub bar ice cream shops and a 'good pastry.

There are many places and events must-visit, including monuments and historic buildings, museums, churches, bridges, squares and, of course, the canals.
