Charming Provencal looking villa with inside patio, private pool, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Drive covered with shadow. Beautiful tropical private garden with wide sun terraces. Lots of covered terraces and a great outside kitchen with view on the swimming pool. Villa with license number hutte-002046 registered in the register of tourist accommodations in Catalonia.

Villa on the Costa Dorada to L ' Ametlla de Mar in the urbanization Les Tres Cales, located in a street that leads out to a natural gap and large green zone, with a tropical landscaped private garden of 1200m2.

This 150 m 2 large detached villa is attractively furnished, decorated with Mediterranean and Moorish influences, no effort is spared to make your holiday comfortable.

Classification:

The living room is furnished with a dining area and sitting area with satellite TV, 42 inch flat screen, DVD and CD stereo. Two double French doors give you access to the L-shaped covered porch with sitting area. A large fully equipped open kitchen gives access by an arcade to the living room, equipped with 5 burner gas ring, microwave combination oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, mixer, toaster, juicer, etc. The crockery and glass crockery are plentifully present. Also one can rely on sufficient table accessories. The kitchen gives access to the inner patio, with Sun terrace and a beautiful olive tree, a covered terrace with L – shaped seating area, with large teak table and chairs. Here you can have breakfast in the morning.

There are two of the four bedrooms in the main house, one bedroom opens on to the inner patio and features a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and spacious fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has two single beds placed from each other (0.80 x 2.00 m), a fitted wardrobe and gives access to the back garden and the swimming pool. There is a spacious bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. The living room has two sofa beds (0.80 x 1.80 m).

The two other bedrooms are situated in the adjoining Tower of the villa which both have their own private separate entrance. The bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with two single beds (0.80 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe, the bedroom on the first floor has a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m), a wardrobe and a sink. Duvets and pillows are available. (Duvets not available from 15 June till 15 September).

The second bathroom is located on the ground floor with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.

All bedrooms have a typical Moorish construction with niches. Typical Moorish decoration and colors.

The Tower gives completely out on the pavilion where the private pool is located, with its tropical landscaped courtyard, 150 m 2 large sun terrace with handmade tiles and fitted with teak lounge chairs with cushions. A large private swimming pool (5x10m) surrounded by sun terraces, with roman steps, inlaid with mosaic tiles and Halogen lighting. At the head of the pool, there is a large covered terrace (9 x 4) with 5 arcades, an outdoor kitchen with sink and built in barbecue, a large teak dining table with 10 chairs and a large U-shaped lounge seating area to lounge and chill.

This charming villa has a total of 14 incorporated arcades, outdoor lighting processed behind ancient roof tiles and many old water pitchers which gives this accommodation a separate look and atmosphere.

The villa is equipped with a hairdryer, iron, Ironing Board. In this villa you have a high chair and cot (for babies up to 3 years). If you wish to use this, you must inform us at the moment of booking. This service is free of charge.

The villa is protected with iron grills and wooden shutters, has a large driveway, with parking for several cars.

The residential urbanization Les Tres Cales is located right and adjacent to the sea, surrounded by beautiful coves with crystal clear waters and fine sandy beaches. The villa is located at 3100m from the sea and one of the coves with fine sand Cala Forn beach. Les Tres Cales has a small commercial centre (at 1200m from the villa) with supermarket, bakery, restaurants, etc. Features a sporty zone equipped with mini football, pétanque field, playground, etc.

Les Tres Cales is located just 5 km from the picturesque fishing village of l'Ametlla de Mar (with all bank, shop and catering facilities) to which it belongs. Surrounded by a Provencal green-clad mountains chain, a preserved tourist zone without mass tourism, beaches and bays are not overcrowded, there you will find a nice balance between Sun and sea, people and nature.

Minimum rental period by one or two weeks, depending the period. Not by days. Changeover day Saturday always in high season.
Included is usage of gas, water, electricity and maintenance of the swimming pool (1 x a week).

Payable at the spot on the day of arrival on the moment you will receive the keys of the holiday accommodation.
Cleaning fee: € 120,- flat rate for each rental.
Tourist tax in tourist establishments in Catalonia € 0.50 per adult per night - with a maximum tax of 7 nights, up to € 3.50 per adult per week, 2 weeks or more (exceptions persons from sixteen years or less, so at the age of 17 years)
Internet Wi-Fi connection is available against conditions. If you wish to use this, it will be charged locally at the moment of your arrival at 30,- € per week for unlimited usage.
