This newly renovated and rustically furnished property can host up to 10 people in 4 large and bright double bedrooms (2 double and 2 twin) and a comfortable sofa-bed in the living room. All the bedrooms are laid out around an intimate dipping pool and deck area.
The holiday villa has a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, and electric kettle, ideal to prepare meals for all the family. Adjoining the kitchen is an bright open-plan dining and living area equipped to entertain with 32 inch LED TV and free WiFi.
All bedrooms are located on the first floor and enjoy bright sunlight for most of the day. The property has 3 bathrooms, all with large showers. Two double bedrooms also enjoy a terrace overlooking the internal yard (where the dipping pool and deck area are located). Two bedrooms have air-conditioning, the other two bedrooms are equipped with fans.
This Farmhouse is ideal for families and groups of friends who wish to relax in a traditional setting, whilst being equipped with all modern amenities.
NB! When making a booking for up to 4 persons, 2 out of 4 bedrooms will be made available. These bedrooms have 1 double, 2 twin beds and a cot. Should more than 2 bedrooms be required, the booking has to be made for minimum of 6 persons.

CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT
The standard check-in time is after 3pm and check-out by 10am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, but when possible, will be offered.
The maximum number of guests is limited to the number of persons booked. If more guests will join the group than initially confirmed in the booking, the extra guest charge of €18 per person per night over and above 4 persons applies and it has to be settled on arrival in cash.
This is a non smoking property. Smoking is only allowed outside.
Pets are permitted only with prior agreement.
Rates include a linen and towel setup per week. Water and 20 units (kWh) of electricity daily is included in the rental price which covers an average consumption. In case of electricity over-consumption guests can purchase additional electricity cards (€20 per card).
While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is NOT included in the rental rate. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the property, but we provide extra beach towels for your use.
DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the drainage system, you could be charged damages of up to two hundred Euro (€200).
TV & WiFi
TV is provided and service level has been chosen by the host. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, or personal preferences with regard to TV service. High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the booking. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet service.
AIR CONDITIONING (Heating & Cooling)
The guests agree that air conditioning shall not be set below 21 degrees Celsius and heat shall not be set above 26, and that the fan setting shall be “Auto”. Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation. Air Conditioning units shall NOT be left switched on whilst the room or the premises are unoccupied.
The guests are advised that as per law no loud noise is permitted between 11pm and 7am. This is a quiet neighbourhood, please respect the neighbours whilst on holiday.
The guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
Any guests making a booking under false pretense will not be permitted to check in.

Taz-Zghar Farmhouse Villa is located in a tranquil area of Nadur, offering complete privacy and peace. As a newly refurbished and decorated property this space is in an impeccable condition, from brand new bedding and furniture to kitchen utensils and devices.
Tastefully decorated 400-year old village farmhouse that has being expertly converted into a holiday villa-home with guests' requirements in mind. Complementing this property is a 13 square meter intimate dipping pool with surrounding deck and BBQ area. The villa offers ample space for entertainment, including a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
There is a large glass door between the sitting/dining room and the deck area which enables parents with young kids to observe them, whilst they are playing outside or swimming in the pool.

The apartment looks just like the photos, just be aware that this is next to a working farm and you will be woken by cockerels very early in the morning, the pools blue paint comes of on your hand and feet, and some of the bedrooms do not have air condition, and a bit musty.
We spent three days in this beautiful home, all were facilities by the owners, the house is beautiful, large, clean, comfortable and beautiful, has all the details in the rooms and bathrooms, as well as the kitchen, we we had a great time and we would love to repeat, I recommend this place to anyone visiting Gozo is wonderful, visit its beaches and cities.
Spacious and well-furnished farmhouse with ample on-street parking in a quiet location a short drive from the ferry terminal. The large kitchen-dining area has everything you need to prepare meals. There's a delicious ftira and pizza bakery and a well-stocked grocery store just two minutes' walk away. And the beds are superb. It was effortless dealing with the owners, who even decked out the living area with festive decorations. Visiting Gozo between Christmas and New Year, our young family of four had the run of the island and all its wonderful attractions, including the living crib, animal mangers and food stalls in the atmospheric nativity village in Ghajnsielem.
Stayed at this place for a relaxing weekend and it was truly superb. Place was all done up very nicely and extremely clean. Everything looks absolutely brand new and the place is in excellent shape. Loved the location as well as it was so easy to get around the little island of Gozo. Lots of space to move around and the children truly loved it!
We simply fell in love with this farmhouse villa. Set in the small and quiet village of Nadur, this holiday home offered us a great base to explore the entire island. Our two children spent many hours splashing in the (safe) swimming pool, whilst we chilled and grilled most of the evenings. This rustically furnished spacious villa is located in the quaint village of Nadur in Gozo, only 3km away from the famous Ramla Bay - a beach with red sand.
Nadur is situated in the Eastern part of Gozo, just a few kilometers away from the Mgarr Ferry Terminal. It is an interesting traditional village, enjoying fabulous views over the land and the sea. One of the main attractions in Nadur itself is the baroque Parish Church which is considered one of Gozo's best pieces of baroque architecture.
From Nadur one can easily access the island’s most beautiful beaches San Blas, Ramla and Daħlet Qorrot. Surrounded by green valleys, it is a perfect location for those enjoying nature walks and scenic views.
Amongst locals Nadur is famous for its annual spontaneous Carnival, taking place in mid-February. Every year this event attracts hordes of young Maltese people, wishing to be part of this dynamic and creative, yet crazy event.
