Amazing! Top Quality Apartment in superb location

This was our first holiday to Cabo Roig and chose this apartment because of it's outside space and location. We certainly weren't disappointed!! The apartment is absolutely wonderful! It is spacious, spotless and provides everything you could want on holiday. It is in a secure gated complex and so close to all amenities, 10 yards to the nearest bar, 25 yards to the supermarket and 50 yards to the beginning of 'The Strip' - What more could you ask for. The beach is just a stroll away and there is a wonderful promenade that goes for miles, fabulous views and a nice leisurely walk to the next resort and harbour.

The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, including the bonus of filtered water on tap. The bedrooms are spacious, the main one having a wonderful balcony. There is ample storage space, and two bathrooms with an abundance of hot water. The downstairs shower is wonderful and really powerful.

The lounge is beautiful with the added bonus, for us anyway, of UK television, which had the best reception we have ever experienced on holiday.

The real bonus of this apartment is the wonderful private outdoor space - the photographs really don't do it justice! It gets the sun all day and you are spoilt for choice with seating arrangements! Fabulous sun loungers, Large table and chairs and also a comfortable outdoor sofa!

There is a pool on the complex just around the corner, which we never actually used, but looked really well maintained and fairly quiet too.

Annie was a pleasure to deal with and takes great pride in providing an excellent service, we would definitely recommend and will be returning.

The other added bonus was ten days of blue skies and sunshine!!

Wonderful :)

We stayed here recently (2 adults + 2 teenagers) and loved every minute of our stay. Communication with Annie was great prior to booking and during our stay. The apartment is modern, clean and very well equipped. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of wardrobe space and there is a lovely balcony area off the main bedroom. The outside garden area is lovely and comfortable although it does get very hot during the day as it is south facing but there are two big umbrellas and a (roll up) canopy area offering shade. It also gets the late afternoon/ evening sun being at the end of the block. There is a garden gate giving easy access to the pool area. The pool is a good size, very clean and was not overly busy during our stay. The complex is electronically gated and felt very secure.

The local area is nicely busy with lots of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. In the evening there are also a few market type stools to browse. There is also a supermarket and pharmacy within a two minute walk. There is a lovely sandy beach within easy walking distance offering bars, sun beds, pedalos, jet ski hire etc. In the other direction there is a quieter area to the beach which is more rocky and we found good for snorkelling. We found the local area very nice and it felt safe enough to let the teenage kids wander on their own a bit.

The wider area offered some great days out using our hire car. We visited other beaches, the salt lakes, Alicante, Guardamar, Algar waterfalls etc. We would certainly stay here again and would highly recommend the apartment :)

Superb duplex

Excellent spacious property in a very central but not noisy location. Fully equipped with excellent outdoor space, very clean and excellent owner response. On the doorstep of many restaurants and a short walk to several beaches. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for good quality in cabo roig.

Beautiful spacious apartment in a great location !

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday here, (four adults and two children) everything from the pick up at the airport to our arrival at the apartment was just as planned. The apartment is very spacious, the ground floor has lots of room and the decor and furniture is beautiful. The kitchen is very equipped with every gadget and dish that you need. The beautiful garden was perfect to relax and have breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. Table and chairs and loungers and loungers for the children too. Upstairs was also very beautiful, two bedrooms with the main bedroom having a balcony. The owner Annie, has thought of everything, there was plenty towels and bedding also. The pool is just outside the garden along a little path. The apartment is just a short walk to the beach and almost next door the strip with a great choice of restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend the apartment. Thank you Annie for a wonderful holiday !!

beautiful house (villa apartment)

This is a very beautiful and quiet house, suitable for people who need to rest. But the site is also very close to bars, restaurants, shopping streets and a huge shopping-centre (Zenia boulevard). We had a wonderful time doing great things in the environment in wich you can do a lot of nice family and fun things. The house appropriates family's with children or a big group of friends because you have so much space and freedom. there is a big sun terrace and a wonderful garden. We had a great time.

Also the activity's on the beach are comprehensive. There are performances from Spanish dancers, you can rent a boat with a "banana" and lot's of other stuff.

The vacation we had in march was one to never forget. It is nice to arrive in such a clean and big house and just relax.

Het duplex appartement is super groot , de keuken volledig geïnstalleerd ,
