Had a lovely week in August.
Convenient to everything in Montauk. The only comment is that the property will not let you use the shuttle to go into town. Lovely pool and accommodations.
We are sorry that you could not us the Manor’s shuttle however this restriction should have been listed in the rules. If you have a car you don’t need it.
Thanks , glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you come back next year.
wonderful vacation in magical setting!
Thank you for your kind review. We are happy you enjoyed yourself and hope to have you as a guest next year.
Excellent, relaxing, and rejuvenating
Wonderful place to stay. The efficiency apartment was perfect for our little family with everything was right at our finger tips. Our hosts were easy to communicate with and very accodating. We had a lovely view of the courtyard gardens and the outdoor pool. The venue was incredible, over looking the water with ample places to sit, relax, and enjoy the sunset/sunrise. The Manor was immaculate with excellent customer service. On our one rainy day we enjoyed the indoor pool and spa, had a delicious dinner at La Fine Restaurant right at the Manor, and after ward enjoyed board games by the fire in one of the living room settings in the main lodge. We highly recommend this property and plan to return next summer! - Claire and Dave
Clean and nice decor. Robert was available and a good host.
Overall great stay. I just wish that the hotel would allow shuttle use to all residents staying at the hotel. I would have paid extra for this and was disappointed that it was not included.
On a mountain top.
The area is idyllic, peaceful place to be
Montauk Manor is a historical landmark built by Carl Fisher in the 1920s. It has been meticulously restored to its original beauty. Relax by one of the huge fireplaces after a wonderful dinner at our on site restaurant. Enjoy the electric piano. Take a dip in the heated outdoor or indoor pool. Unwind in the jacuzzi, sauna or get in shape using the facilities of the exercise room. Enjoy playing tennis. Take a drive into the town of Montauk or the Hamptons for shopping, more fine restaurants and movies or drive to Sag Harbor for more restaurants and quaint shops.
