Provincetown Condo Rental Photos and Description

2 Bedrooms (sleeps 4), 1 Bath w/ full kitchen, huge private deck & parking for 1

Enjoy our private 800 sq ft roof deck with unobstructed views in all directions- from Cape Cod Bay to the Monument. The deck has loungers, table & chairs, and umbrellas.

Our roof deck leads down to a front deck that also provides great water views. Step through one of two double-glass doors and you'll enter the bright living area with vaulted ceilings, recessed lighting, and ceiling fans in every room.

On chilly nights enjoy the Franklin stove with a flip of the switch. When staying in, the HDTV with surround sound is there for your entertainment along with a great stereo system with Airplay so you can play your own tunes.

The beautifully designed kitchen with gas cook top, granite counter-tops, and full-sized appliances makes eating in as enjoyable as going out.

Two bedrooms, each with queen sized beds and full closets, sleeps four. The bedrooms are separated by the bathroom, which has a pebble floor, jacuzzi tub, and a full sized washer and dryer.

Our private deeded beach access is on Commercial St. directly across from our condo. We have beach chair and beach towels for your use.

We are located in the quiet east end of town between Snow and Allerton Streets. It's about a 20 minute walk to the center of town.

Why Ron Akanowicz & Duane Bonlie chose Cape Cod

If you're looking for a comfortable, quiet condo with wonderful views then this is for you.

What makes this condo unique

Because our unit is on the third level you feel like you're in a treehouse. The east end is residential, quiet, and peaceful. The cross-breeze off the bay keeps the unit comfortable all summer. And the roof deck will make you fall in love with sunsets.

Awesome Carnival

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at the house for the week of Carnival. This place is really great, spacious, quiet, clean and it has everything you need to cook, listen to music or watch TV.

Eating or simply enjoying a drink on the front terrace is awesome, the rooftop deck offers a nice 360 view and is really comfortable.

Ron and Duane are really helpful and they answered to all the questions we had real fast.

If we can come back next year that's definitely the first place where we'll look to stay :-)

Excellent condo, excellent views!

  • 5 of 5

Tasteful decor and extras that aren't usually available in a rental make your stay special. The upper deck is awesome with views over bay and town. Sunrise and sunset are both enjoyable. Owners are attentive and want you to have a great stay in P-town. Love it!

Idyllic P'town Vacation

  • 5 of 5

We've been vacationing in Provincetown and Truro for 26 years, and have to say that this year was the best of all! The condo was absolutely spotless when we arrived, with every amenity we could wish for. Beds were comfy, and there was always a cool breeze flowing through. The rooftop deck afforded an amazing 360 degree vista, and we spent many happy hours up there--we even brought our telescope and had several really great stargazing nights. We were far enough from the center of town that we could enjoy the relaxing sound of the waves across the street, and close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping. I think we only used our car twice the whole week! Ron and Duane are consummate hosts--thanks again for a wonderful stay! We'll definitely be returning soon!

Myself, my husband and teenage daughter rented this place for a week this past August. It was more beautiful than we even imagined. The place was immaculate when we arrived. We have never rented a vacation house before and had heard horror stories. The upper deck is magnificient, much larger than we thought it would be. And the views..... when life gets tough, I close my eyes and think about waking up and looking out on the water from 590 Commercial. Everything in the condo is top rate. P-town is a cool town with a good vibe. Great stores, restuarants and art galleries. There is just so much to do. It is an ideal location for walking into town. It is a nice walk and great exercise for walking off some heavenly desserts we consumed. Duane and Ron were so helpful with restuarant suggestions and flexibility with our dates. I probably asked them a million questions before we arrifed. They were also very speedy in returning our security deposit to us. We will definitely be returning next summer and hopefully for a couple of long weekends in between.
