We had a fabulous time! The rains missed us (except for one night while we were sleeping) and we enjoyed our time on the beach, parasailing, and kayaking. Our evenings were full of games and walks on the beach. We loved our accommodations and believe we left them in great shape for the next lucky family to stay there.

Beyond Spectacular!!!

I must say first, Kely was just a pleasure for a very smooth transaction. She was very quick and responsive with email and texts. Then, I must agree with all the other reviews. The pictures do not do this place justice at all. It's absolutely breathtaking! The views are gorgeous and and the sounds of the waves are very relaxing. Next, I will say, all you need to bring is yourself and a smile because this Villa has everything you want or need. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need to cook meals. This place is impeccably clean, very well kept, and very tastefully decorated. All very perfect for our beach vacation! Thanks, Kely! :)

Great Beach Getaway

Fabulous location! You can walk right out to the beach from your deck and there were never a lot of people on this stretch of beach. Very relaxing--house was quiet, very clean and had everything you need for a perfect stay. The pool was just the right size for cooling off after being in the sun. Kely was easy to contact and very responsive--I'll definitely come back.

Amazing Beach House!

Kely is great to work with, very responsive throughout the process. This house is beautiful as well as comfortable and clean. Our group included three generations (70s, 40s and preteens) and everyone had a great time. The balcony overlooking the gulf was a favorite place to hang out, not to mention watch gorgeous sunrises every morning. The kids loved the foosball, all the board games and the bunk beds. We cooked many meals and found the kitchen to be well equipped. Comfortable beds, wi-fi, washer and dryer all made our stay feel like home. The best part is just walking out the back door right onto the beach! We all agreed to make this an annual trip and look forward to returning to this property! Highly recommend!

Nice property, but not enough privacy/quiet from "Zoo-like" renters in Townhome next door.

Tried to come to a nearby drivable beach for Spring Break, since kids only have off this week, from middle School, just like every other Tom, Dick, and Harry. Townhome listed that it did not take "Spring Breakers", so I assumed the area was safe for families from the Mayhem of "Spring Breakers". The area from my observation seemed to be away from the major "SPID Party" sites from my recollection, which it was. However, the Townhouse next door was full of what seemed like Vampires. The stayed up all night, with pounding music, probably doing drugs 24/7 (I mean really man, a beautiful beach and they sit in your rental all day, what D.A's), at times cussing off the balcony, wondering around belligerently, parking in our driveway blocking access to our Garage. Complained to the responsible Rental Company about next door, helped a bit with initial group with 5 cars, but a new group with 4 cars came in a span of our 5 day stay, and it started all over again. Thank goodness it was our last day! Dishes were not cleaned upon arrival very well, a few things broken in townhouse, which were taken care of promptly by this Townhouse Management. Management company was pretty responsive, just failed to see the extremely poor experience we had, and refused to provide all credits discussed, and did not assume any responsibility for our poor experience, or for working with neighboring rental company to seek like minded travelers. If you want an adventure in observing the decline of adolescent youth, and to show your iPhone age children why to avoid drugs and alcohol, take them to here during Spring Break. Any other time of year, it would probably be a very nice Townhouse on a nice stretch of beach. Too bad kids can't just skip school when the crazy crowds are away since no one in travel industry beside Disney seems to care about families experience anymore.

Owner's Response: The above review is for my neighbor. We are not responsible for their property and we have no influence over who they choose to rent to. Even though Jerry was advised to call the police and report the disturbance, he chose not to. It is unfortunate that Jerry was unable to understand our position and reviewed our property based on our neighbor's tenants. For the past 11 years we have had no complaints about our neighbor and their tenants. Jerry expectation of a refund was unreasonable and if you read carefully that is why he gave us a poor review.

Great vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. Kely was great to work with and was very responsive. Very clean, comfortable and in a great location right on the beach. Would highly recommend this accomodations if you plan on visiting SPI. Thank you Kely for opening up your vacation rental to us. Abbie our springer spaniel had a great time also.
