Modern, well-equipped, and with stunning views

  • 5 of 5

The cottage is modern, well appointed and equipped with everything you will need for your stay! Any problems are dealt with promptly by the owners, and the views across the water to the mountains are stunning! The cottage is warm and cosy, with a multi-fuel stove should the evenings be chilly, electric blankets, heaters in every room, and a modern kitchen, with W/M, tumbledrier, M/W, oven, toaster etc. There is no phone, and no transport so a car is essential, and a mobile! Everything is well maintained and clean. Enjoy!

First trip to Ireland

  • 5 of 5

This was our first time in Ireland and first experience of self catering accommodation. All I can say was it was amazing.

The cottage was absolutely beautiful and spotless. It had everything you needed and more. Margaret gave us directions to get from the ferry and they were so helpful. On arrival Margaret met us and showed us to our cottage and showed us how everything worked.

The view from the cottage was stunning and it was lovely to sit an look over the water towards the mountains.

Margaret told us the best routes to take on sightseeing and we were not disappointed. The Ring of Beara is amazing.

We are looking forward to going back next year and do more sightseeing.

I would certainly recommend these holiday cottages. Margaret & Dave were very friendly and so helpful

Excellent Holiday Cottage

Stayed in No.1 Kerford. Panoramic view, accommodation did exactly what it said on the tin, and we were made to feel very welcome. This really is an ideal base from which to explore this beautiful part of Ireland.

Discover Ireland and stay in a wonderful Cottage

  • 5 of 5

It was our first stay in Ireland and a very good decision, to start in Kerford Cottage. A lovely, clean and well-kept house with the good-hearted Margaret was the starting point for great excursions in the gorgeous surroundings. The 6 persons cottage is optimal for 4 to 5 persons, who have a car, love the tranquility and closeness to nature. Dear Margaret, Thank you for the great time and best customer care - unobtrusive and always helpful.

Tolles Cottage in guter Lage

  • 5 of 5

Thanks a lot Margaret

The layout of the location is very pleasant and quiet.

The cottage itself is very well maintained, and equipped.

We spent one week late July 2015, and we strongly recommend this property.
