About The Owner

Christina and John Lynch own and manage this property. We used to live in the condo prior to having kids...so we can tell you it is a great place to enjoy Annapolis from...and the views aren't bad either.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2001

Why The Owner chose Annapolis

Annapolis is a historic town surrounded by the Chesapeake Bay and Severn River.

It has the amenities of a big town all walkable within the historic district.

Plus, the Naval Academy and St. John's College add culture and excitement to the town.

What makes this condo unique

The view from deck at night is a favorite spot to view Historic Annapolis. Guests of our

condo love the ability to walk out the door and be in the middle of the Historic District.

The Naval Academy and City Dock area are a nice walk down Main Street.

Great Place

  • 4 of 5

Was very convenient to DTA restaurants and the Naval Academy where we spent the week watching our boys play baseball in the freezing temps. Weather aside, it was a great stay and very convenient for walking just about anywhere you needed to go. Parking was somewhat of a challenge, but we worked through it.

What a great place to stay in Annapolis. Was in such a fantastic location and the condo was great. Plenty of space, parking nearby, and walkable to every where. Would stay again. Thanks so much!

Great location for visiting Annapolis.

  • 4 of 5

Nice place with lots of room. Kitchen has been redone and is really nice. Parking was surprisingly easy, most of the time we found a spot along the curb outside. Go to the parking office in the parking deck across the street and you can buy a multi day Zone 2 parking pass for $14.00. The parking deck is $20/day.

Great location

  • 4 of 5

This condo in Annapolis is in the best location. Walk to all your favorite restaurants. Just don't forget to go to Middletons for oyster shooters! The condo is comfortable and nicely decorated. The only drawback is parking. Best to use the parking garage and pay $20 day fee. New Year's Eve in Annapolis is awesome!

we love the condo and locatio

  • 5 of 5

Everything at the condo was clean and neat and met our expectations. One problem was there is no lights in the hall to the entrance to 167.

Owner's Response: Thanks for the review. We apologize for a light being out in the hall. We will look into it immediately and correct. Thanks for staying with us, and Happy New Year. Christina Lynch
