About The Owner

Christina and John Lynch own and manage this property. We used to live in the condo prior to having kids...so we can tell you it is a great place to enjoy Annapolis from...and the views aren't bad either.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2001

Why The Owner chose Historic District

Annapolis is a historic town surrounded by the Chesapeake Bay and Severn River.

It has the amenities of a big town all walkable within the historic district.

Plus, the Naval Academy and St. John's College add culture and excitement to the town.

What makes this condo unique

The view from deck at night is a favorite spot to view Historic Annapolis. Guests of our

condo love the ability to walk out the door and be in the middle of the Historic District.

The Naval Academy and City Dock area are a nice walk down Main Street.

Ideal Accommodations

  • 5 of 5

We are repeat guests of this particular property and will definitely return! The hosts are responsive and the condo is perfectly situated for visits to USNA and downtown Annapolis. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay and made for another memorable family gathering spot!

We rented this condo for our wedding and absolutely loved it. The condo is right off Main Street and is decievingly large! Lots of character with nice upgrades. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Annapolis.

Perfect Spot!

  • 5 of 5

We so enjoyed our recent stay in this 3 bedroom apartment. Everything was exactly as described. Though we did not get to enjoy the massive deck off the living room because of the cold weather, it provided a magnificent outdoor space in addition to the spacious accommodations. John and Christina were very responsive hosts and this was much appreciated. This spot was extremely convenient to City Dock and the Naval Academy as well as to all the downtown Annapolis restaurants and shops...we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Location is perfect!

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed everything about our stay in your condo. The location is perfect - step outside and you're in downtown Annapolis. We parked our car and didn't move it the entire weekend. Your deck is lovely.

Excellent location, very nice!

  • 4 of 5

Located in the heart of downtown, it is close to shopping and good restaurants, as well as the naval academy main gate. For me the only negative was the fact that the apartment is up two flights of stairs, of which I was unaware when booking and caused me some difficulty since I have one very weak leg. Otherwise, great.

Great location, convenient to all in town venues including USNA.

  • 4 of 5

Circulator bus & state shuttle trolley get you farther out West St. & to Navy Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. Parking is a challenge; but, in reality a car isn't really necessary. Parked our car at the stadium for $5.00/day (had to move it Fri. night due to Sat. game but got free spot at state garage, free on weekends). Once stairs are negotiated with bags, accommodations were comfortable & homey for our week long stay. Would like to have seen coffee & tea available, but otherwise enjoyed our stay and would use the property again for a future visit. Owners responsive to texts with the few questions we had.
