We are a family of 3 with aspirations of retiring to the mountains and managing 5 of our own properties and 15 others luxury vacation rentals. This Condo represents our 3rd property In 2014, we took over the daily management of the property. We aren't prefect but we do believe in continuous improvement. We consider our places to be part of your vacation experience and as such we are part of 100's of joyous times with families and friends. Our hope is that the cabin & your stay in this beautiful city is a lifelong memory. For those questioning the picture. I figured being in the vacation business i'd share us on vacation. Why Ed Tollefsen chose Gatlinburg
We love the Cobbly Nob neighborhood with its great views and amenities. Having another very large home close is a big plus in regards to support and maintenance. Additionally, all the amenities that come with the complex seemed like a lot of fun for small families we can serve with this 2 bedroom/2 bath offering.
What makes this Condo unique
Indoor pool, 3 outdoor pools, picnic area, hot tub, sauna, views, views, and more views. Roads maintained by the HOA, winter snows are addressed immediately making chains or 4 WD unnecessary. As legal disclaimer, assumes vehicle operator exercised prudent judgement using plowed roads. I personally have not used 4 WD to access property and have had about 6 snows now.

Okay. I"m not sure what to say to a post like that. Generally if guests have an issue they reach out to me during their stay.
Perhaps this guest just doesn't like by his own words "Nice Properties".
We will continue to invest and improve our properties and encourage guests to reach out during their stay if they have any issues.
Overall, nice property
Overall, a nice condo in a nice, quiet resort. View of mountain was great. Condo could use new carpeting, and other upgrades, as it's beginning to show its age. Also, a visit from a pest control service would not hurt, as we did see a few cock roaches in the kitchen. Resort employees were nice and helpful. Resort is about 10 - 15 minutes drive from Gatlinburg.

NO MORE BUGS. Bugs came quickly after a neighbors unit flooded. I tried to get the complex bug control to handle the problem but after fighting it for a month brought in a specialist. You will see no bugs.
This unit has been renovated. With as Julian points out exception of carpet. Other than that you have knotty pine wood walls, granite and enlarged kitchen, new appliances, new electric down to digital ballast, New smart large TVs.
Condo rules say 2nd and 3rd floors must go back in with carpet. I'm in process of trying an alternative but it takes time.
Great Staff and location. Maybe a new cleaning service. Found clobs of hair on the shower wall and on the carpet. Tells me the shower and carpet wasn't cleaned. Besides that issue we had a great time. Thanks
Thanks for selecting us. We have had a few major distractions lately and its been very busy. but that doesnt justify taking our eye off cleaning. I'll discuss with cleaning crew and get back to our higher standards

slept good but misled in washer/dryer.
Disappointed with no washer/dryer in unit. That was why we picked unit. We will not be using this place again. Very misleading and we felt lied to.
Billy, I'm not sure where you got the feeling that washer/dryer were in this unit.
Most condos do not allow washer dryer in unit and thats particularly true in a rental market. As such they are not allowed in this complex. It has to do with the liability of 1 unit infringing on another. This applies to the noise, potential for water leaks, fire, and even venting of the dryer.
Its rare that I read a review and say WOW where did that come from but this one certainly came out of left field. In addition to not having in unit washer dryer, we don't have an elevator on this parking lot level unit nor do we have a garbage compactor. In amenities under washer/drier it reads as it listed below.
Washer and dryer facilities on site. Can be found in same building as parking check in and security.
its a pay washer/drier i believe it is 75 cents a load but maybe $1
I'm glad you enjoyed the sleep , we have invested heavily in the last year in remodeling. This includes flat screen TVs and comfortable beds. At end of April i invested another $1500 in noise abatement in the ceilings. This reduced a legitimate noise concern which is common in hotels and condos.
You must travel very light if laundry is your priority on a 2 night stay.
