The accommodation is accessed from the naya through to the very spacious lounge dining room which has Sat TV with Sky Free View, DVD and Video player, Wifi, and wine cooler in the dining area. Open plan spacious modern kitchen. The glazed naya with table, 4 chairs which overlooks the pool terrace. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 twin room plus brand new lovely spacious ensuite shower room to main bedroom and a further full bathroom. A short flight of steps takes you down to the large pool terrace with ample space for sun loungers, the pool is a generous 10 x 5 with Roman steps. Outside shower. New outside kitchen and large gas BBQ. Outside bathroom facilitating pool area. Pool towels are provided. Ping Pong table. Petanque court. Electric gates with sweeping drive to the villa entrance with a short flight of steps up. Ample parking for 2 - 3 cars.

Car is not essential whilst you are staying in Moraira but there are many other interesting places to visit all within a 30 minute drive. The popular beach resorts of Javea, Altea, Calpe, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy driving distance along the coast.

Surrounded by Costa Blanca’s beautiful mountains, Moraira has 8 km of coastline with fine sandy beaches and inviting turquoise waters. Moraira’s impressive marina is at the centre of its life with plenty of local bars, shops and restaurants. In fact some of the restaurants are highly recommended with menus for all tastes. Much of Moraira’s original character remains untouched due to strict planning laws, ensuring that the town is not over-developed. The area has a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful un-spoilt scenery. In the evenings there is a great relaxed nightlife with locals and visitors coming together to enjoy the many restaurants and bars. On your Moraira villa holiday it is recommended you hire a car to really appreciate the area’s beauty and many activities and excursions. As well as Moraira and Javea there are some fantastic towns and villages locally by: Calpe, Denia Altea, Benidorm, Villajoyosa and Alicante. Moraira and Javea both have weekly open markets selling an array of local produce such as fresh fish, fruit and vegetables, herbs and spices, fresh (and silk) flowers, local specialities, clothes, rugs, leather goods, pottery and souvenirs. There is probably a local market you can visit every day of the week in the area if you wished. There are many excellent golf courses in this area of Costa Blanca. Many visitors come to the Moraira and Javea area for a golfing holiday. Along with golf there’s a large array of sports available including squash, horse-riding, football and go-karts. On or in the water there are some great water-sports as well as boat trips and boat hire. There are numerous Fiestas to enjoy throughout the year in Spain. The most popular months are April, June, July and November.
