Vineyard Haven Rental - Lagoon Pond Road 132586ha

  • 5 of 5

Have stayed there numerous times over the last 25+ years and always looked forward to our visit. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful home on the water overlooking the Lagoon. Breakfast, etc., on the patio, on the water. Large and accommodating. Furnished and appointed professionally, very comfortable. Modern professional kitchen with requisite appliances, etc. Washer/dryer. Very spacious, and overlooking the lagoon. One story house is large and spacious and flows nicely. Very easy to be alone with privacy or with others

Separate, but attached large bedroom with bath; own private entrance

Short walking distance (10 mins) to beaches, village of Vineyard Haven with grocery store, shops, ferry, restaurants, bakeries, movie theatre, farmers' market, etc. Biking, walking/hiking, swimming, boating, are just few of outdoor activities. Medical facilities, and post office available.

The Real Deal

  • 5 of 5

This house is the real deal. On the water, private, all amenities, very comfortable. We were three couples and our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house made it easy to spend time all together, or to find a quiet place to be alone with a good book. We cooked together in the spacious kitchen, walked into town for breakfast at the Artcliff Diner (go early!), kayaked right off the lawn, enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck, watching the light change over the water. We did explore the island a bit by car, but for me, time spent at the house was my favorite part of our stay on the Vineyard. The furnishings were perfect...obviously not bought just to furnish a big house quickly, but clearly collected over time with a discerning eye. This was a lovely family home to which we had the keys for a remarkable week.

Magic get-away, yet walking distance to Vineyard Haven

  • 5 of 5

I've rented this home several times over the years and have always found it to be the perfect get-away. Views of the pond are throughout the house. The interior decor is exquisite - beautiful artwork, a modern kitchen and comfy living room...everything you could wish for. The landscaping is also perfect and sitting outdoors on the patio any time of the day is magical.
