Apartment located on the 1st floor of a residence with a unique sea view, a garden also with sea view and direct and private access to the beach deck.

This beach is the most famous of Saint-Malo because of its calm, and its exposure full SOUTH !! (Beach of the bridge)

The apartment, completely renovated in April 2017, consists of an entrance, a bedroom with double bed 160 by 200, dressing room, a separate toilet, a living room with kitchen open to living room, balcony sea view facing south you thus offering a privileged and exceptional view.

You will have a private parking.

You can do many things on foot, walks by the sea (carved rocks), local shops Rothéneuf (bakery, butcher, wine shop etc ..), bars, restaurants (Benetin), swimming, Intra Muros 30 min walk by the beach, etc.

Carrefour Market at 1 km accessible quickly by car.

Added to this is washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.

Sheets and towels are an option of 30 € / room / 2 people.

Comfortable holiday

We spent four weeks and found all we needed end expected. The flat is clean and renovated, excellent for 2-3 people, the kitchen is really well-equipped, nice surroundings, very good for long and quite strolls. It felt very comfortable there.

Lovely flat with a great view

My husband and I stayed for a week and we absolutely loved it. We were out and about during the day then a visit to the beach below the flat and back for a glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the sea. Bliss. The flat is small but perfectly formed and has everything you need. We had food in St Malo which has a lively interesting atmosphere and of course oysters at Cancale. Just East of Rotheneuf there are some amazing beaches which were so very quiet with really interesting cliff walks. For two people the accommodation was absolutely perfect. For four you would need to be good friends. The shower was powerful and easy to use.There was even a washing machine if you needed it. As others said the television did not work. We weren't bothered as the view from the balcony was better than any television. One thing that you need to know is that there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance. We had to drive to the supermarket to get fresh bread which is very unusual. We did not mind this but I can see that some people might find it difficult. We really do hope to return in the future.

Lovely property with spectacular views over the bay

We spent a week here in September and couldn’t have wished for a nicer time or a lovelier location. Everything is spotlessly clean and the bed super comfy. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need and you’re right on the beach. The bay looks different every time you look across, depending on the time of day, the tides or the weather (rainbows, thunderstorms, picture-postcard sunsets, gales…we’ve had it all, and they all have something going for them). The apartment has a big balcony and we spent a lot of time eating al fresco.

Romain is very helpful and went out of his way to do an early changeover as we had to catch our ferry. He’s contactable by phone if you have any queries, his English is impeccable.

Transport is easy – the apartment comes with an allocated parking space. And there’s a bus stop just a couple of hundred yards from the house if you want to pop down to St. Malo without the car. While the buses are not particularly frequent and only run into the early evening, the routes and system are very easy to figure out, the fares are cheap and the drivers usually very helpful.

We took a taxi back from Intra Muros a couple of times at night and it was reasonable. Walked back from St. Malo once which took about 40 mins. So if you’re after a property that’s bang in the middle of a busy town, this one’s probably not for you. But I think the images make that quite clear.

It has been mentioned before that there’s no shops nearby, but a small Carrefour with a bakery next door is less than a five-minute drive away. Rotheneuf has a well-stocked deli and butchers and a couple of bars – you can walk there in less than 20 minutes. And those on a budget will find a sizeable Lidl less than 10 minutes away. There is actually a creperie/bistro at the bottom of the road but its opening times remained a mystery to us.

If you're after a drink in the evening I'd recommend the Caravelle bar, right on the beach towards St. Malo. You can walk there on the beach (although you may have to climb over a couple of rocks if the tide is in) and it's open late.

We would visit again.

Stunning View

The view from the apartment is stunning - looking out over the beach to St Malo. Great location with parking. Many sandy beaches nearby, walk around the point for some bird watching, great boulangerie in Rotheneuf. Nou was very helpful when we arrived and left and his English was very good.

Herrliche Strandlage

Perfekt! Tolle, zentralle, aber ruhige Lage direkt am langen Strand incl. Parkpl. Sehr guter Standort für diverse Ausflüge. Sehr gute Ein kaufsmöglichkeiten, viele nette Cafes u. gute Restsaurants. Unkopliziertes check-in/-out! Apartement gut, modern, mit allem, sogar einer Nespressomaschine, ausgestattet, lediglich 50€ für Bettwäsche/Handtücher für 3Personen fand ich etwas viel ;-( würden gerne wiederkommen. Angenehmer, hilfsbereiter Betreuer.! DANKE für den schönen Aufenthalt, Joanna & Kids
