Aloha! We'd love to have you vacation in paradise in our beautiful 'home away from home'. Newly painted and decorated as of May 2015!

Our non-smoking ground-floor unit N2 is located right on the 4th fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Course! Enjoy relaxing views of the King's Lake & the golf course. Cook in our fully-equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen with granite countertops and cherry cabinets. Our unit is located in a very quiet section of the complex, though close to all amenities. We have everything you need to make you feel right at home in paradise.

Our unit sleeps 6. The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, flat-screen TV, computer desk, ergonomic chair, and flat-screen computer monitor. Bring your laptop and take advantage of our FREE wireless/wired high-speed cable internet. We even have an all-in-one color printer! Light-blocking drapes let you sleep as late as you wish. The guest bedroom features 2 twin beds and a TV/VCR. The twin beds can be converted to a king bed upon request, using a device that fills the space between the beds.

The living room includes a queen sleep sofa, 46' flat-screen TV, and VCR/CD/DVD player. Our electronic safe that can accommodate a 15' laptop provides extra peace of mind. Relax on the covered lanai while watching golfers tee off! You'll enjoy our books, videotapes, CD's, board games, beach towels, beach mats, umbrellas, beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, even shovels and pails!

The gated complex includes an infinity-edge pool, lava-rock spa, pool-side gym, and gas BBQs with outdoor-eating area. It is a quick 5-minute walk to the King's Shops, Queen's Shops & restaurants. It is just a 10-MINUTE WALK TO 'A-BAY' BEACH, where you can take advantage of water sports and rent snorkel gear, kayaks, hydro bikes, and windsurfing equipment. Take a tour in a glass-bottom boat, enjoy a relaxing dinner on a sunset cruise, even renew your wedding vows or create new ones while sailing on the Pacific ocean!

It's beautiful! Waikoloa Beach Resort is a serene, newer, upscale area, just a 20-minute drive from Kona airport. We fell in love with the resort and with our unit the moment we arrived.

What makes this condo unique

It's just a 10-minute walk to the beach, and just 2-3 minutes to the King's Shops and the Queen's Shops. We can stroll over to the shops for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or walk to the gorgeous Island Gourmet Market to pick up fresh food to cook in our beautiful kitchen. We can drive 5 or 10 minutes to dine at some of our favorite restaurants in the world! We enjoy golf discounts at both the King's Course and the Beach Course as "Waikoloa Beach Resort Guests." We can get in the car and sight-see all over the Big Island. There is so much to see and do, or we can just relax at the beach, the pool, or the spa. We have everything we could think of in our unit.

Very nice unit, made the trip very easy and enjoyable. We ended up having two more people come at the last minute and it was very easy to get a second parking space and change our reservations, very easy to work with. The unit is immaculate - very well kept up. Would recommend to anyone looking at staying on the big island, no need to look further for a house, very quiet and beautiful place. Thanks again.

Beautiful condo - one of the nicest we've stayed in. Wonderful view & well-kept grounds. The bbq & pool area are very nice. We will put this on our "must" list for staying in Waikoloa.

great rental--exactly as described

Great location--able to walk to shops and beach. Beautiful pool with gas grills available. Home was beautifully furnished. Beach chairs were a great plus. Would highly recommend!

Beatutiful view, excellent location

Wonderful condo, located on the ground floor. The lanai has a beautiful view overlooking the fairway, and the Kings Lake. The view was great, and the sun set each night over the trees and lake. Well appointed, and the beach and boogie board supplies were perfect for our kids. Great pool with a wonderful view. The location of the condos was perfect, I would say the best in Waikaloa. A quick 2 minute walk to the Kings shops. It took 8 - 10 minutes to get to the beach if you went through the Marriot(walking). 10 minutes of so to get to the beach via the road leading to the LavaLava beach club(walking). A perfect location for visiting many local beaches. We found many beaches a 10 - 20 minute drive away. Also, the lawn in front of the unit is quite large - perfect for kids to play on, and there is dividing landscaping and a path between the lawn and the fairway. I would highly recommend this unit.

The unit was as advertised and even more! The unit was home to my wife and I and another couple and all of us really felt like it was our own home. Everything was nicely done and clean. We enjoyed our daily breakfast and dinner in the Lanai and we also enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and BBQ area. We will return again and THANK YOU for sharing your beautiful place in paradise with us.

Where do you live?

Perfect location!

As a Hawai`i resident, the location was perfect for my family and I as I was there to attend a workshop at a nearby hotel. I could walk to the workshop and my family had access to all the amenities of the area as well as heading to gorgeous Anaeho`omalu bay nearby while I was away.

The accommodations were extremely well priced but I also saved even more $ by cooking meals and packing my lunches for my workshop. The kitchen is well-stocked with almost everything needed to cook complete meals.

My daughter is enrolled in online schooling and was easily able to get her work done with the fast broadband internet.

The kids enjoyed the pool and the pool tools available in the condo. Multiple televisions and air conditioning units ensured that we were all comfortable in various ways.

The cleaners had missed a couple spots on the dining room floor and a baby bottle cover had been missed under the edge of the master bedroom bed. Also, the cleaners forgot to leave a parking pass but that was rectified after the management company was contacted.

Overall, I could see the care invested in the property by the owners and I was fortunate enough to speak with the owner and received nothing but the most wonderful care. She was fabulous.

Hope to stay there again!
