Most visitors to our area agree that the South Walton County Scenic Highway 30-A area is the perfect vacation destination - white sandy beaches, crystal clear water, world class retail and outlet store shopping, challenging golf courses, funky art galleries, music venues, fishing, free parks and beaches, water parks, and many restaurants to suit all budgets and palates. We are so proud that Yahoo Travel ranked Santa Rosa Beach as one of the Top 10 Best Beach Destinations 2011.... in the world!! We are ranked with Maui, Bali, New Zealand and others around the world. 2013 Florida Travel & Life recently announced that 30A was the 'Pearl of the Panhandle' with southern hospitality in a trendy setting.

Pampering starts on the the ground floor of Abacos with a professional nail salon, Garage Growler, Pecan Jack's, a small beach/gift shop to meet some of your daily wants & needs. Very close to the west are the trendy restaurants, pizza, coffee house, ice cream parlor, large grassy area for games, during the summer they have concerts here every Sunday night, shopping, boutiques, & galleries.

KB is a quiet (no street noise) two-story condominium with an interior stairwell and outside entrance doors and balconies on both floors. We have a lot of natural light with 5 sliding doors. The lower level contains three (3) smartly furnished bedrooms (King, Queen and Twins) and two bathrooms (master and hall). No need to drag suitcases up & down stairs, take building elevator to 2nd floor. The upper level (3rd floor and main entrance with a key pad) features stone tile floors, a spacious living area, a guest bathroom, separate dining room, a magnificent kitchen with granite counters, a breakfast bar and stainless appliances. We furnished KB to be an elegant but comfortable retreat from home.

KB has beautiful granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. Cable TV/DVD is provided in every bedroom and the living room has a 42' flat screen.. FREE WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET service is also provided. There is parking for your car with overflow parking available. Before you arrive you will receive your own number for the key pad on the 3rd floor. No keys to lose! This number is changed with each new guest. An elevator and luggage cart is available for your use. Our condo is directly across the street from a public beach access complete with picnic area, lookout tower, restrooms and outdoor shower.

Why not vacation in a spacious condominium rather than a hotel room or studio? We rent out unit without any linen charges. Just add $180 for cleaning & $70 to cover our damages waiver/registration fee and 12% sales tax for the State of Florida. That's it! A local person will be available should you need assistance.

My wife and I are proud of our beach getaway. KB is new, clean, luxurious and comfortable and so convenient to the beach, shopping, golf, deep sea fishing and all the other things that you escape to the beach to enjoy. We will be happy to have you as our guest.

As far as shopping goes, KB is only 5 miles west of the quaint shops at Seaside (where the movie Truman Story was filmed) and Watercolor. We are 6 miles east of Sandestin, the large Silver Sands outlet mall and the new world class Grand Boulevard shopping district. Pier Park shopping mall is 20 miles to the east. Destin Commons upscale shopping is 15 miles to the west. Needless to say, there are hundreds of other shopping opportunities-from funky artist shops to the finest clothing and home furnishings stores. You will have a tough time covering all the bases, but have fun trying.

Check out the 30-A app & download it to your I-phone or check out the web site. It has great information on events, music venues, dining and who was recently spotted in the area.

We have lived in Des Moines, Iowa most of our lives. Years ago a job transfer took us to Sydney, Australia where we lived on the harbour in a condo and spent many weekends at the beach. We could've stayed there forever but it was so far away from family. We have two children, five wonderful grandchildren. We are retired. We love the beach, walking, biking, good restaurants, art, music and shopping. Well, at least Ann enjoys the shopping. We have been spending part of our winters in Florida for the last four years and discovered the Santa Rosa Beach a few years ago. We agree with Yahoo Travel, this is one of the Top 10 Best Beach Destinations in the world!

Santa Rosa Beach is relaxed & secluded beach get-away with no high rise condos. Having lived in other parts of the world and traveled

extensively outside of the U.S. we found the Santa Rosa Beach area to be one of the most spectacular in the world. The clear emerald colored water and the pure white sand is simply unsurpassed. The area is quiet yet bustling with world class restaurants, quaint art shops and many activities during the day or night. We can do as much as we want or just spend the day relaxing with the spectacular Gulf views. We just love this location, we are close to everything we've ever dreamed about! If you like beautiful emerald water, beautiful white sand, a nice spacious condo with a view, good food, quiet (no street noise), laid back atmosphere, golf, fishing, art and music. This is for you........and me!

What makes this condo unique

We love sipping coffee or wine at the kitchen table ejoying views of the Gulf water. We enjoy going just a few steps to the beach to watch the dolphins, take in the sunset and walking as the waves splash at our feet. Also, a few steps away is the 20 mile walking/biking path. In addition, we can go to the back side of our property, sit on 1 of three decks that overlook a nicely appointed pool that we often have to ourselves.

The pool is very private, quiet, surrounded by

palm trees and lush vegetation. The pool also has restrooms and an outdoor shower. Directly

across the street we enjoy walking over to Gulf

Place for coffee, cinnamon rolls or ice cream at Sunrise Coffee with seating on the patio and views

of the Gulf. La Playa, a restaurant with music and outdoor seating. Also located at Gulf Place, within a short walk is Pizza By the Sea, The Perfect Pig, Sunrise Coffee. After coffee, ice cream, BBQ, hamburgers, grouper, or pizza, shop the funky art shacks, retail women's shops, bike/kayak rental shop, pharmacy or play soccer in the green open space, you don't even have to use your car! A convenience store/gas station is an easy 1/2 mile walk. The outdoor common area of our condo has great lighting for your added security. We believe it has it GREAT location! ❌❌❌ CONTACT CAREY❌❌❌

Spent a week at Abacos #308, and it was absolutely the nicest condo we have ever rented. We will definitely be back! The furnishings, décor, and quality in this unit were exceptional. Although, we mostly ate at local restaurants, the kitchen was well-stocked, so any cook would be pleased. We enjoyed our time at the pool, but spent most of our time at the beach, which was just a quick walk across the street. As usual, the water was crystal clear and the sand was like sugar. Wonderful! Gulf Place is next door, and it was an easy walk for morning coffee at Miss Lucille's. While we were there, a new little bistro opened on the first floor of Abacos, named Café Bolo. Lastly, the fact that I never had to carry keys to the beach was very convenient. I liked being able to just use a keypad to unlock the door. I really cannot say anything negative at all about our stay there. It was wonderful and relaxing, and I can't wait to go back!

Perfect Condo and Vacation Spot!

We checked out early this morning from this condo, and we couldn't have been more pleased. We had ourselves + four boys, and it was perfect. It was very clean, was very spacious and everything was top notch. We were able to easily walk to the beach and local shops, and the ice cream shop downstairs was a favorite. We were there at least once a day! We will definitely return!

LOVED the condo and location in Santa Rosa Beach but not Sunrise Beach as you have it listed.

Loved the condo and it's location on 30A & 393! However, you have this property listed as it is in Sunrise Beach. Sunrise Beach is a gated community that consists of only houses, no condos. This is very misleading on VRBO. Abacos 308 is in Santa Rosa Beach, not Sunrise Beach. Abacos 308 has easy assess to Ed Walline Beach easy walk, close to lots of things to see and do!

Amazing condo just steps from the beach!

Fabulous Condo!! Our family recently stayed at this property for an 7 day summer vacation. We have stayed at many condos in Santa Rosa over the past 10 years, and this was by far the best. This condo has everything you could want … a fully stocked kitchen, nice appliances, comfortable beds, games, books, 3 balconies and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the 2 levels, with bedrooms on 2nd floor, it was quiet for sleeping children. The owner was easily accessible by email and phone. He answered questions about what to bring and description of the area. He described it perfect!

The condo is right on 30A across from the Ed Walline public access beach. That distance fit our taste perfectly. The sidewalk along 30A is virtually a walking/biking trail along the Gulf where folks are out getting exercise and enjoying the sun. When we wanted time to ourselves we hung out on the back balcony which is very peaceful.

The condo is within easy walking distance of restaurants. There are a couple nice restaurants/coffee shops/ice cream shops that we frequented regularly.

The pool is really nice and the beach.....well, the beach is amazing and just a very short walk! I would absolutely recommend this property!

Fun, Sun and Loving Life!

A week at the beach -- doesn't get any better than that! The weather was perfect -- sunny, but a little overcast as well. Perfect!! The beach was absolutely breathtaking. That fine, white sand with the aqua blue water -- love it. The condo was fabulous as well. This was our second year in a row to Santa Rosa. We will definitely be coming back. Such a nice little town. Wish the restaurants stayed open a little longer in the evenings. It's a very nice, relaxing and perfect get away location. Loved it!
