This is absolutely the best location one could find in downtown Victoria.
Close to just about all tourist amenities, just a couple of blocks from Victoria's Inner harbour and the Government Street shopping area.
It is so convenient to everything....we suggest that you please read our guest book to find out what our guests say about the location of the Metro Suite.
As our guests you will always be greeted 'in-person' when you check in, so as to make you feel welcome and to get you settled-in comfortably to your new surroundings. We provide milk, bread, fruit, water, tea and coffee so that you have the 'fixin's' for breakfast on your first morning.
Our building, The Astoria, has a fitness centre and a recreation room, complete with a pool table, fire place, large screen TV and seating areas, ideal for entertaining friends while staying in our building.
We just got back from New Orleans where we stayed in an apartment that had
absolutely rave reviews (VRBO). Great location in the French Quarter, but I
can tell you that it did not hold a candle to your rental. So, just a quick note
to say again how much we appreciated:

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at the Metro Suite last May and felt very welcome by the owners. This apartment gem in downtown Victoria is close to many amenities so that you can experience the essence of the friendly and beautiful city of Victoria. Great accommodations to explore the island and feel comfortable and safe; public transit is easy and car rentals a block away. We would go back again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay in the suite very much. We found the location excellent for getting around downtown Victoria on foot and in addition it was easy to get the car out of the underground parking and onto the street when we wanted to go further afield. The suite was very well stocked with utensils and cooking pots etc. We appreciated the fresh food awaiting our arrival - the milk, fruit and muffins were a very nice touch. Melissa met us on arrival and showed us the workings of the suite; Rod was right on time when we were leaving and the hand over went smoothly. We have stayed with City Life Suites previously and hope to do so again in the future. We will happily recommend them to our friends and family.
Rod helped with check in and where to park in secured underground garage, utility room. Left a good assortment of brochures in condo. Was cleaned and had all accessories as described in condo listing. We wanted to be near inner harbour and easily walked downtown to eat at many restaurants. Getting into garage and exiting great when wanting to explore outside Victoria. Melissa met us for early check-out to plan our meeting ferry in Swartz Bay. We would definitely rent from City Life again, Rod and Melissa left cell numbers if we had any concerns, it was like home and no issues

We were extremely happy with our rental week in Victoria. Rod and Melissa did an excellent job ensuring we felt welcomed. Rod met us at the condo even though it was late at night, showed us were to park and gave us a tour of the condo. They even had breakfast goodies ready for our first morning - very thoughtful. The condo unit was excellent with and outstanding view and a short walk to the harbour and dozens of bars and restaurants. And after a day of touring and dining the seating was comfortable and TV viewing excellent. We would definately rent from Rod and Melissa at City Life again.
We have had the good fortune to stay in many apartments around the world. The "Metro" is among the best. We definitely recommend it. Rod and Melissa are wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome.

PERFECT. We want to return ..so this should give you an idea how much we enjoyed our 2 week stay in gorgeous Victoria BC this past September.
Terrific area. Lovely modern high rise building and this apartment is on the 27 th floor . The building is just 2 blocks from the lovely famed Empress hotel , and the views of the inland harbor during the day and night ,are superb from the terrace ,the living room , the bedroom , the den. The apartment is lovely, comfortable , neat ,clean modern and safe. There are no negatives . It's a great city to bike with its wonderful biking trails . We appreciate that there was a place to keep our bikes next to our car in the safe garage with lots of security . Wonderful beautiful safe neighborhood .
