The apartment was very nice, clean and quiet. The location was optimal with good public traffic connections with tram and metro. The neighboring supermarkt is open every day 07.00-23.30 and there's also a bakery across street. Big shopping mall was also within a walking distance. The swimming pool was a nice bonus.

- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 if the apartment is not occupied by previous guests, and there is an extra charge of 10 € for this service.
- For arrivals from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 € to be paid upon check in.
- All keys must be returned upon departure. Failure to do so will incur a replacement fee of 200 € (inc. VAT) per set of keys.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
