Notes:
There is a wood stove and plenty of seasoned wood. We have 3 TVs with satellite. The kitchen is all new. The bathrooms are new. Rustic maple hardwood floors, new tile floors in the kitchen and main level bathroom, new appliances and counter top, and fresh paint throughout make this more of a home than a cabin. Walk down the driveway and across the road to the lake. Next door is a nice playground with swings and jungle gyms. New hot tub fall 2006

Beautiful, well maintained property with fantastic views

  • 5 of 5

A group of friends and I stayed at Bill's house the 3rd weekend in October. The house is beautiful and well maintained. Everything you could possibly need is in the house. There is all the modern luxury of wifi, tvs, DVDs, etc and also tons of books and board games. The beds and furniture were very comfy. The house was very clean. The house is laid out extremely well with 3 separate living spaces which allowed for lots of places for people to have their own space. Yet the main living area is big enough for everyone to congregate together too.

Bill was great to work with. He always responded quickly to emails and was laid back and friendly.

The hot tub was wonderful and we very much enjoyed relaxing in it. The lake is across the street from the house and access is via the town beach. I personally wouldn't find this ideal for summer time but it was fine for the fall. The house is right on the road so lake access and the fire pit aren't private but the hot tub is on a quiet little deck off the side of the house.

All in all it is a fantastic place, comfy, relaxing, in great condition and with tons to do. The view of the lake form the house is gorgeous.

Awesome! Just Awesome!

  • 5 of 5

Just returned from a second visit. This place is an incredible family destination. My 7 and 2 year-old were extremely sad when it came time to depart. The activities in the area are incredible but the magic of this location is the property/home. A wonderful home (with all the comforts) and beach/lake/park adjacency. Looking forward to next year! Thanks Bill!

We couldn't have asked for a better week...the house is big and accommodating and had everything we needed for a great vacation. Plenty of sun, kayaks and clear waters...would definitely recommend! Bill is quick to respond and keeps a great place. Five stars! Thanks Bill!

Excellent property - Beautiful views

  • 5 of 5

This property is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The views are beautiful, and the property is private enough that you feel you are really away from "it all". Bill was great to deal with - he was extremely accommodating, and very friendly. I'm already checking my calendar to see when I can return next year.
