my husband and i stayed at this house and we loved it. its very clean and the owner was great to work with. it has a nice yard and in the back is a nice walking trail. there are neighbors but the one on the right of the property we never saw and very rarely heard them. the other side of the house the neighbors must only be there in the summer because we never saw anyone there. so it was nice and quite the whole time we were there. we plan on going back again for our vacation this year but this time we will be staying for two weeks. and i almost forgot LADIES its not that far from the OUTLETS
My boyfriend and I stayed here for a winter weekend in March & loved it. It's decorated so beautifully, like a cabin in the woods yet has all the modern amenities of a full house. We loved cooking dinner in the kitchen, using the grill and wood burning oven in the living room. It's a very comfortable clean house at a great rate. We would definitely stay here again. :)
We rent this house and we are very dissaponinted..Friday,night,we get there...the house was a mess: no clean, the lines was dirty on the first floor, trash everywhere. My friend called the lady-owner,and explained the situation...the lady the first time did not believe it,until she was calling by herself her cleaning company and ask about. The cleaning comapny came after one hour and stay there for 15 min only..Everywhere was spider web-my friends took a broom and start to clean...everything old and dusty,dirty..we sugest to the owner to go to check her house sometimes. The first floor bedroom, the bed was broken,my friends was sleeping on the floor.Outside, everywhere snow,we could not get in the yard, the gate was stucked with snow and ice..the stairs of the house all snow and ice.Sunday when we woke up,we did not have power..no electircity..
We like only the area..it is near mountains..and it is nice..
We will never come back in this house...
My family (4) and my parents rented this home for a week and it was the best choice we made. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. We felt comfortable right away. We loved the beaches and how close it was to Conway, but far enough away to get away from the hustle and bustle. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The utensils / dishes, etc. were in perfect condition.
The neighbors were very nice (our dogs met) and my kids LOVED the old school Nintendo game system. I loved the sunroom and the decor.
Overall, it was perfect and I highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area. I'm sure that my family and I will be back. :o)
This was our first outing to the White Mountain region. We were very pleased with this house. It was clean, updated and close to everything we wanted to do. Every day of our stay included visits to the nearby ponds. All of which were less than a mile away. Sunny days at the beach, cool nights by the campfire. 5 were in our group, 3 of which were kids. Well appointed kitchen with all the comforts of our own home. No air conditioning but we were here in July and really did not need it. I especially liked it on our last night by the campfire when an owl decided to perch no more than 20 feet away from us and hang out for an hour or so. Bottom line, nice place, we would return if had the chance.
This was a wonderful place to vacation. The house is so quaint and plenty of room for all. "Buck" was a big hit with the kids, but more so with the grownups! - espeically the guys ;)
Very easy to get to Conway for shopping, dining, etc.
