Amazing condo, don't hesitate at the opportunity

What an amazing stay. An incredible price for what you get with the Jeep (which was in excellent condition) and the beautiful 3rd floor condo unit. The location is away from Kona (in a good way) but not too far and close to some very nice, and far less crowded beaches in Waikoloa as well as shopping and the newer resorts. We lucked out in booking this only a month before and could not have had a more gracious and easy to work with host than Dr. Zhanna. There is a lot to do on the island and having this wonderful spot to come back to at the end of the day was incredible.

Great stay!!!

My wife and I have visited the Big Island around 10 times and have rented a different condo each time, some in the Kona/Keahou area, others on the Kohala Coast.

This visit, we decided to rent Zhanna'a condo and it was a great decision. The condo was extremely clean, well-furnished, stock well and in a great location. It was a short drive to some of the best beaches, shopping and restaurants on the Big Island. Having a decent supermarket (Island Gourmet) in the Queen's Marketplace only a 5-minute walk away was very handy, but for a better selection and prices, it's worth the drive to the KTA Supermarket in Waikoloa Village or even better at the Safeway in Kona. Best place bar none, for big shopping, liquor and gasoline, is at Costco where prices are the same as at mainland-based Costcos. Reg gasoline there was $2.65/gal.. At Waikoloa Resort, a gall of regular was $3.75! Keep in mind the membership is required buy anything, including gas, at Costco. The gas pumps required inserting your Costco card to verify membership and then inserting either a Visa (No M/C, AmEx) or a debit card.

Specifically, the condo was well suited for our nearly 3-week stay. Lots of all the customary appliances, kitchen tools, dishware, glasses, etc.. Plenty of towels, bed linens, etc..

The lanai was our morning retreat, when we enjoyed coffee, breakfast and reading downloaded newspapers. The bed in the MBR was a bit soft compared to ours at home, but we slept well on it. The MBR bathroom area and walk-in closet were both spacious.

Cable TV and the internet both worked flawlessly.

Having a vehicle included with the rental was plus. Since I had an almost-identical Jeep that I traded in just before going to Hawaii, driving it was like meeting an old friend. It did need new wiper blades and I relayed that info to Zhanna to resolve. The resort has two mid-sized pools, but with great beaches nearby, we only visited the pool a few short times.

If there were any negatives, they were small. The biggest thing missing was a BBQ grill on the lanai but it may have been a rule imposed by the condo association.

Zhanna was a joy to deal with, both before and during our rental. She quickly responded to any messages sent and did whatever was needed to make sure that we had a great stay. She succeeded!!!

All You Could Want

We selected this property for our family of 5 adults because it was close to shopping, dining and A' Bay beach, and a short 15 minute drive north to three of the best beaches on the Big Island. We talked to several people who drove an hour from the Kona area to visit these beaches that are basically at our doorstep.

The Jeep was an added bonus that we really enjoyed. The condo had everything needed to make your stay comfortable including cookware, blender and basics like spices and toiletries. There are TVs in each bedroom and the main room as well. There is also a radio that you can plug any device with a standard headphone jack into to enjoy your favorite music. The property is quiet and relaxing located near a pool, fitness center and outdoor gas grill.

The owner is responsive and very accommodating and does all that she can to make your stay enjoyable and as easy as possible to arrange. Everyone enjoyed our stay at this property and we would return again the next time we visit the Big Island.

The place worked great for our family of 4. Plenty of space and everything we needed! The jeep was an awesome and great addition to the condo! A lot of trunk space and in great condition!

The owner was very flexible and accommodating with our early arrival and late departure! We will definitely be looking back into this place in the future!!

Very Clean, Cozy home feel.

Wonderful !! Nice golf course view out the balcony, near everything, many dinning choices all within community surroundings. Would definitely stay again. The best compliment which makes this property stand above all others is the added plus of having a jeep included. Not only is it convenient, but saves time checking in and out of airport.
