The AC was not working during our stay. Which meant daily phone calls & daily visits from various maintenance personnel, and still it was not working properly. Miserable stay in the July heat!
Condo needs new flooring (carpet is nasty). Kitchen: had to open dishwasher to open the oven, one of them wasn’t installed properly. 2 separate microwaves, neither worked. Great location, but this unit needs work!

Nice family atmosphere
The place was clean & well maintained. The beds were comfortable. Normally showers at rentals are lacking, but I loved the shower! Our family loved the time we spent here. The photography that is displayed on the walls was amazing. I’m curious to know the photographer so I can purchase some of their work! The beach is a short 5 minute walk away and it’s gorgeous! The neighbor was very friendly and even loaned us some sugar when we forgot some. I would recommend this townhome, this location, and this owner.
Many broken things
On arrival, more than half the lights didn't work. Come to find out many of the breaker switches are off. Microwave never worked; when the electrician came to "fix" it, it soaked on him; heleft the outlet uncovered, causing a threat of electrocution to me and my wife. <br />
Cable: advertised but never worked, nor it got fixed. <br />
Bed uncomfortable, sqweaky, unstable. <br />
Fireplace advertised as gas, but it is electric, looks like a decoration on wall, and doesn't heat up. <br />
Fan in main bedroom extremely loud; hard to sleep with it on. <br />
Backyard: not fully fenced in; don't let your pets loose unless you want them to wander off in the streets!<br />
This is just the tip of the iceberg. <br />
Defenetly not worth the price of my stay.

The property had no internet, no cable tv and the the backyard was a dump!! as soon as I arrived I called and asked to be moved and was given the run/around was told I will get a credit never happened and had to constantly follow up as if I was the vendor and not the customer. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION!!! Still waiting for refund, I stayed in November 2018

Townhouse was clean and beautiful. The location is very convenient to beach. We worked with the property manager which was helpful and pleasant to work with. I would definitely stay again in the future
Fair nothing spectacular but thankful we could bring our dog
It was ok. Thankful they allowed dogs to stay. There was no floor mats for bathrooms and no kitchen towels. There was no outside light at the door you go in and out of which made it a little difficult when you came in after dark. The upstairs was really nice. The mattress needs to be a little firmer maybe change to king size bed the one they have for rhe master is small. Stated a back yard but it was all grown up weeds with burrs all over the ground. No place for the dog.
We would like to thank our guest for leaving a review with us. We do provide both bath mats and kitchen towels for our guests and apologize for any housekeeping oversights there. Guests are always welcome to call in about these things so we know they are in need. There is an exterior light we have verified is working, though it may not have been on when our guest arrived. We have suggested upgrades to the owner, including additional lawn treatments to help with the sand spurs. Thank you!
