Walk out the front door to gorgeous valley views, and head out to explore all that Jackson Hole has to offer. Whether you're off to hike, raft or ride horses in the summer, or heading out to the slopes, snowmobile or snowshoe in the winter, this unit is the perfect starting and ending point for your adventures.

The unit is roughly 760 square feet, is very well maintained, and is professionally cleaned and serviced by a local property management company that will be at your service should the need arise.

A roughly five minute walk puts you to where the snow begins for a short glide to the base of what is affectionately referred to by locals as 'The Village' ski area. Don't want to make the trek in the snow? No problem; grab one of the shuttles that regularly come by the unit.

The condo is located a very short walk from Sundance Tennis and Swim Club to which you'll have full membership privileges during your stay! The club has tennis courts, an outdoor heated pool, hot tub and kid's pool. [Note: There are periods of non-operation in the 'off' seasons; please inquire if interested.]

The interior of our condo recently received a number of updates including a complete re-painting of the walls with warm colors, two-inch wood blinds on all windows, refurnishing of the dining room table, lighting and ceiling fan fixtures, fresh coat of paint on kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, new knobs and pulls throughout the kitchen and bathroom, etc.

About Cary Cadonau

Our names our Cary and Ashley. We're husband and wife, and proud owners of this Teton Village condo, which is our home away from home. Far from your run-of-the-mill investment property that gets neglected by its owner, we travel several times per year from our home in Portland, Oregon to use and enjoy Gros Ventre B-8; and each time we go, we make a concerted effort to udpate and freshen up our condo to make it more cozy and comfortable for our next guests. We know you'll enjoy staying at our place just as much as we do.

Why Cary Cadonau chose Teton Village

Cary instantly fell in love with the beauty of Jackson Hole and all it has to offer when he first visited on a ski trip with his aunt, uncle and cousins in 1987. Ashley quickly felt drawn to the Valley and its surroundings on our first trip to Jackson together in December 2005. Twenty years after Cary's first visit, the time was finally right for us to buy our one and only vacation property, and we wouldn't even consider having it anywhere other than here, Teton Village, home of the greatest ski area in the world, and just three miles south of the breathtaking Grand Teton National Park.

Clean cozy perfect for family of 4

We loved staying here nestled in the middle of nature. While sitting outside, we saw a mule deer and elk grazing within 20 feet. The layout of the condo was perfect. The unit was well stocked, too. Having access to the condo pool was a nice bonus as well. The laundry is coin operated and requires you to bring your own detergent. The owners were very responsive and kind. We would absolutely stay here again!

Loved it!

Love this place. Amazing views to the West, nice quiet area. We spend sometime sitting outside at night under the moonlit valley. Inside was nice and clean, well decorated. Front area was covered in fall leaves, which was absolutely beautiful! The only bad thing that happened was one the people in our group got stabbed by a splinter as he was moving one of the dining chairs, so maybe the housekeeping people should be made aware of things like that. Other than, we would definitely stay again!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo in Teton Village. We felt very much at home and found everything we needed. We loved the wood stove as it was quite cool when we were there. The location was also very convenient for us as we spent quite a bit of time in the park. Jackson is a very interesting city with amazing shops and restaurants. GTNP is so beautiful - it took my breath away many times.

Great Location and Well-Maintained Condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. This was a great place for a family of 4. It had everything we needed and a short walk to the restaurants and shops in Teton Village. We also enjoyed use of the swimming pool that was included with our rental.

We are one of the few condo owners who do not charge a security deposit - this means less paid up front and no refund hassles for you after your vacation! Rental discount of 10% for stays of 10 or more nights. The lodging tax (10% of rent) is what we are required to collect and turn over to the state. The cleaning fee ($100) is what our property management company charges to us.

VRBO/HomeAway has now added a "service fee" that all guests must pay, none of which goes to us as the owners. The amount varies based on the total amount paid (not including taxes), and is generally between 5% and 9%. Prior to booking your reservation, the VRBO/HomeAway system will compute and show you the actual amount of the "service fee." Please do not hesitate to call us (the owners) with any questions or concerns with this "service fee."
