About the property

Condo, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 1 to 5)

Check out our reviews and learn why this ground-level condo is the perfect vacation getaway for you and your family or friends. Walk out the front door to gorgeous valley views, and head out to explore all that Jackson Hole has to offer. Whether you're off to hike, raft or ride horses in the summer, or heading out to the slopes, snowmobile or snowshoe in the winter, this unit is the perfect starting and ending point for your adventures.

The unit is roughly 760 square feet, is very well maintained, and is professionally cleaned and serviced by a local property management company that will be at your service should the need arise.

A roughly five minute walk puts you to where the snow begins for a short glide to the base of what is affectionately referred to by locals as 'The Village' ski area. Don't want to make the trek in the snow? No problem; grab one of the shuttles that regularly come by the unit.

The condo is located a very short walk from Sundance Tennis and Swim Club to which you'll have full membership privileges during your stay! The club has tennis courts, an outdoor heated pool, hot tub and kid's pool. [Note: There are periods of non-operation in the 'off' seasons; please inquire if interested.]

The interior of our condo recently received a number of updates including a complete re-painting of the walls with warm colors, two-inch wood blinds on all windows, refurnishing of the dining room table, lighting and ceiling fan fixtures, fresh coat of paint on kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, new knobs and pulls throughout the kitchen and bathroom, etc.

Please take some time to view our website photographs, take a video tour of our condo and surrounding area, read our numerous VRBO guest reviews, and let us know if you'd like us to send you photos of the myriad of other positive reviews that our guests have written over the years in our condo guestbook. This all 'tells the story' of this home away from home - and all for a super price with a no-hassle booking process.

We (the owners) are hands-on and will promptly and thoroughly answer all questions you have before and during your stay, provide you with a number of dining and activity recommendations upon request, and generally do all we can to ensure that you have the most comfortable and hassle-free trip as possible.

Whether it's a quick trip or extended stay that you're planning, we look forward to the opportunity to add you to the list of very satisfied guests who have enjoyed the use of our condo dating back to 2007.

About Cary Cadonau

Our names our Cary and Ashley. We're husband and wife, and proud owners of this Teton Village condo, which is our home away from home. Far from your run-of-the-mill investment property that gets neglected by its owner, we travel several times per year from our home in Portland, Oregon to use and enjoy Gros Ventre B-8; and each time we go, we make a concerted effort to udpate and freshen up our condo to make it more cozy and comfortable for our next guests. We know you'll enjoy staying at our place just as much as we do.

Cary Cadonau purchased this condo in 2007

Why Cary Cadonau chose Jackson Hole area

Cary instantly fell in love with the beauty of Jackson Hole and all it has to offer when he first visited on a ski trip with his aunt, uncle and cousins in 1987. Ashley quickly felt drawn to the Valley and its surroundings on our first trip to Jackson together in December 2005. Twenty years after Cary's first visit, the time was finally right for us to buy our one and only vacation property, and we wouldn't even consider having it anywhere other than here, Teton Village, home of the greatest ski area in the world, and just three miles south of the breathtaking Grand Teton National Park.

Clean cozy perfect for family of 4

  • 5 of 5

We loved staying here nestled in the middle of nature. While sitting outside, we saw a mule deer and elk grazing within 20 feet. The layout of the condo was perfect. The unit was well stocked, too. Having access to the condo pool was a nice bonus as well. The laundry is coin operated and requires you to bring your own detergent. The owners were very responsive and kind. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great spot in Teton Village; a touch expensive, but worth it

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I stayed in Teton Village while exploring the Grand Tetons National Park. Our check-in was easy and friendly, the room was lovely and in great shape, fast WiFi, lots of amenities (fridge and dishwasher and fireplace), and it's easy walking distance to Teton Village proper with plenty of parking should you choose to drive. We had a wonderful stay, no complaints at all, highly recommend!

Perfect sized property for the two of us

  • 5 of 5

It was a lovely peaceful place all the arrangements worked, kitchen and bathroom facilities were very good. Get your shopping from Albertsons in Jackson, far greater range and better prices than Teton Village. Would definitely book again. The resident red throated humming birds were enchanting!

Cozy and clean

  • 3 of 5

Very cozy and clean. Disappointed that we couldn't use hot tub, that was one of reasons for renting this unit. Also, not really much of a deck-more of a landing with no chairs. The mattress and pillows had much to be desired as well as the 8" tv in bedroom. But, I would rent again for a different purpose. This trip was to sit on deck, at hot tub and enjoy Teton views and this just wasn't the condo for that. Super easy check in and out! Nothing in Teton Village was open for dining. That will be a consideration next time we rent in Teton Village rather Jackson.

Great Customer Service!

  • 5 of 5

Tornado force winds blew down seventeen electric transmission poles, knocking out power for five days. As a result necessitating a mass evacuation of Teton Village. Cary contacted us and offered to arrange alternative lodging before we thought to apprise him of the situation. Cary, the owner exemplifies quick responsive customer service. I am assured that anyone staying at his condo will be well cared for and have a comfortable visit.

Great Ski Vacation

  • 5 of 5

Perfect condo for a couple on a budget. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare and serve meals. House was clean and comfortable. 5-10 minute walk to the lifts, 5 minute walk to the hot tub/spa. Learned Wisdom: Buy your groceries in Driggs. The two grocery stores in Teton Village are expensive and sparse.

Owner's Response: We're glad you enjoyed our condo so much. We like the Mangy Moose Market & Cellars for convenience which is a short walk from our condo. For greater selection, The Aspens Market & Deli is four miles away, Hungry Jacks in Wilson is eight miles away, and there is an Albertsons in town which is 12 miles from our condo. (No need to drive over the pass into Driggs.)

We are one of the few condo owners who do not charge a security deposit - this means less paid up front and no refund hassles for you after your vacation! Rental discount of 10% for stays of 10 or more nights. The lodging tax (10% of rent) is what we are required to collect and turn over to the state. The cleaning fee ($78) is what our property management company charges to us.

VRBO/HomeAway has now added a "service fee" that all guests must pay, none of which goes to us as the owners. The amount varies based on the total amount paid (not including taxes), and is generally between 5% and 9%. Prior to booking your reservation, the VRBO/HomeAway system will compute and show you the actual amount of the "service fee."
