Fantastic townhouse with beautiful roof deck

  • 5 of 5

We had an amazing time in provincetown at this wonderful townhouse. The bedrooms are very large and all of the bathrooms are gorgeous. The roof deck was definitely our favorite part - having breakfast on the roof with amazing views of provincetown was the highlight of the trip. The owners keep the whole house extremely clean and well maintained. It's a short walk to commercial street and only about 15 minutes to Macmillon pier.

The owners are very friendly and professional to work with and we'd definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great time!

Modern, bright, great layout, walking distance to Commercial St.

  • 5 of 5

This townhouse was a perfect place to stay for a week in Ptown! Updated, clean, bright, well decorated, and in a great location only about a 10 minute walk or less to The heart of West End Commercial St. We were a large group and also rented another townhome in this same development, and though they were the same size, this unit was much more modern and felt more spacious. Bathrooms were all updated with nice fixtures and tile. The kitchen and connected dinning area made for a great place to cook & hang out all together as a group. The roof deck has amazing 360 degree views, although it could definitely use a resurfacing (no bare feet!) but really that was the only thing in the home that didn't seem to have been recently updated. Every floor had a small balcony too which was a nice bonus. George the owner was responsive & left a lovely gift bag with a binder full of helpful suggestions of things to do, snacks, coffee, and a bottle of wine! Overall, great stay! (Note: there are 3 floors of living space plus one more flight up to the roof deck, so may be hard for folks with limited mobility .)

5 Stars All Around!

  • 5 of 5

From the location to the layout to the amenities - this condo has it all! This was my 9th summer in Ptown and I have to say this is definitely one of the best units I have seen. The layout was ideal for our group with each bedroom being on a different floor and the roof deck is perfect for a relaxing afternoon or group dinner. Close enough to easily walk or bike to town/beach, but far enough away from the bustle of Commercial to be quiet and relaxing. The rooms are spacious, very clean and everything is well-maintained. We cooked/grilled at home most nights and found the kitchen to be equipped with everything you might need. We had an amazing week and look forward to spending another week here next year!

Beautiful Townhouse in West End Ptown

  • 5 of 5

This townhouse is a must see & rent. Spacious rooms, nicely decorated and fully equipped with all the amenities of home. Each bedroom has a deck and bathroom and there is a deck off the living room for social gatherings. Let's not forget the huge upper deck or crow's nest. Awesome view of the bay and town. Nicely furnished with tables and umbrellas. located in the quiet West End, near the jetty's and bay for biking or walking. Large dining room table and seating for everyone. George and Gary were wonderful to deal with. We would definitely stay here again. Enjoy!!!

Perfect week in Provincetown

  • 5 of 5

We had a great week at this condo. It was very clean & extremely spacious. We had 3 couples, & each bedroom is on it's own floor with it's own bathroom, so everyone has privacy. Great rooftop deck with a large dining table & a large high-top bar table. The place is fully stocked with nice appliances, adequate utensils, washer/dryer, towels, etc. There was a nice welcome package waiting for us when we arrived, with wine, some laundry detergent, snacks, etc. It's an easy 10 minute walk to Commercial Street & all the shops/restaurants. We rented bikes at Gale Force Bikes which is a block away. Also easy access in/out of the condo using the garage door entry code, so we didn't have to deal with keys, etc. Parking for one car in the driveway was included. We would stay here again!

The true definition of "home away from home"

  • 5 of 5

When I saw the photos of the condo, I did not believe that this was a

property that was offered for rent; it seemed too good to be true.

Each and every photo on the website is accurate and NOT "doctored" in

any way! Beautiful artwork too!

My husband and I have been going to P'Town since 1981.  By far, this

was the most luxurious accomodation we have rented.  It was spotless

when we arrived.

It was fabulous having a full, beautiful bathroom for each bedroom.

The only drawback on the bathrooms was that if you were in the living

room or kitchen/dining room area, you had to go either up or down a

flight of steps... no big deal for us.

My most favorite time of the day was going up to the rooftop deck and

having my glass of wine and enjoying the views of the bay, the ocean

in the distance as well as the Monument.  There is plenty of table

seating; I would also go up with my AM cup of coffee to enjoy the

breathtaking sights.

How amazing was it to arrive to see a Stop and Shop green "recycled"

bag filled with goodies on the dining room table next to the

instructions? Amazing, trust me!  There was a pound of ground coffee

(there are 2 carafes as well as a bean grinder).  Also in the package

was a bottle of white wine, a bag of microwave popcorn, a big bag of

Tostido chips and other goodies as well.  Paper towels and  toilet

paper, as well as some mini soaps and shampoos, were in place.  It was

wonderful not having to buy salt and other condiments as the shelves

were nicely stocked with spices, etc

The owners are most accommodating and answered my questions the same

day when I emailed them.  The property was spotless, the washer/dryer

in the garage level worked well, dishwasher and electric stove.  All

the pots and pans, etc that I would find in my own home were present!

Although the condos are attached, we never heard the neighbors.

Unless you pay for the garage, there is only space for one car.  The

two nights that my son came to visit, we just found parking on

Commercial Street for his car.

The walk into town was easy and enjoyable; best of all, it was a 3

minute walk to our favorite restaurant (Victors).  If you want to rent

a bike, the bike rental place is at the top of the street as well!

The only drawback is the spotty shared internet service.  However, it

was kind of nice not to be married to my email.

Counting the days til we return to heaven on

earth!  Would love to return during the off season.

Provincetown is one the the most wonderful places to vacation as is touched with beauty from nature and it's people. And it hasn't been touched by a McDonald's or Starbucks. It is a magical place where everyone walks and people take the time to stop to say 'hello.' The town is surrounded by water - the ocean to the East and a bay to the West. Provincetown is rich in history, art, and culture. It is a vacation spot not to be missed.
