Studio apartment, recently renovated, on the third floor with elevator, exterior, very bright and just 100 meters from the beach of Las Canteras, Playa Chica area.

This fully equipped, has a semi kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso, toaster, washing machine and kitchenware.

The living room has a double bed, a sofa bed, 32-inch LCD TV, DVD, free wireless Internet access and Micro System with USB input. If necessary we have travel cot.

7 wonderful days on Gran Canaria

Perfect apartment and a lovely landlord that even organized us a place in a nearby parking house for our rental car (thanks again Natacha for the great recommendations of restaurants). My wife and I enjoyed this neat apartment which had everything that one needs. It was very clean and the furniture made us feel a little bit at home. Nearby supermarket and bakery provided everything for a healthy breakfast and when we didn't wanted to go out into a restaurant it was just cosy to enjoy some Rioja, baguette, cheese and this perfect spanish jam on ! The internet access was very good and helpful to keep in touch with home. The bathroom - well the whole apartment - was well equipped. From the apartment it was only a minute walk to the beach of las canteras which surprised us with a very clean beach and crystal clear atlantic. We took the opportunity to surround the island by car and got a very good overview of the other resorts, which made us decide to return again to the Las Palmas de Gran Canaria beach. The island really offers great landscapes like in the Grand Canyon and we can just recommend anyone to go hiking to the Roque Nublo if the weather is good. Thanks again for this great 7 days (we just returned yesterday) and we will for sure come back.

Beautiful beach apartment

I was so pleasantly surprised by this property. While it is best described as cozy, it has everything you need, from various cooking supplies and spices to plug converters. My brother and I were welcomed by the owner with a cold beer and some chocolate and she even gave us some sunscreen for the beach. In fact, Playa de Las Canteras is a couple minute walk from the apartment. Also, if you want to travel not only in Las Palmas but over the entire island, one of the largest bus stations is about a ten minute walk (Parque Santa Catalina). If you are in the mood for shopping, two malls and an entire street dedicated to shopping are within walking distance. The building itself is clean and the neighbors are considerate. We loved this apartment and we would absolutely recommend it!

Agradable estancia.

He pasado 7 semanas estupendas en el apartamento.

La situación buenísima y todo lo necesario para sentirte muy a gusto.

Tiene excelente wifi, por lo que estás perfectamente conectado.

La atención de la propietaria Natacha y su esposo Carlos fué excelente en todo momento.

Regresarè el proximo Diciembre y lo recomiendo.

10 dager i Las Palmas

Leiligheten i Calle Juan Francy Rocca var utmerket, minst like bra som beskrevet i presentasjonen. Beliggenhet fortreffelig. Vi hadde leiebil - det var ikke enkelt å parkere i gatene, men vi kjøpte parkeringsplass i et parkeringshus nær Catalina Park - det fungerte fint. Pris 60 E for 7 dager. Vi anbefaler gjerne dette stedet for andre!

Das perfekte Zuhause in Las Palmas de GC - besser geht es nicht!

Wir waren acht Tage in der Ferienwohnung von Natacha und Carlos zu Gast und haben uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Die Wohnung ist zwei Gehminuten von der berühmten Promenade am ältesten Touristen-Badestrand der Insel, den berühmten las Canteras, entfernt. Sie liegt an einer wenig befahrenen Straße (verkehrsberuhigte Zone), die Nächte waren sehr ruhig.

Die Ausstattung ist ausgesprochen geschmackvoll ausgesucht, alles blitzsauber und wie neu. Die Küche ist für den Bedarf von zwei Urlaubern genau richtig, einschließlich der Waschmaschine, die wir zum ersten Mal in einer Ferienwohnung auch benutzt haben.

Das Haus ist insgesamt in bestem Zustand, sehr gepflegt, unsere Wohnung wirkte wie eben gerade fertiggestellt, alles wie neu, und von Natacha und Carlos auch bestens ausgestattet. Vom Einkaufswagen bis zum Fernseher, vom Begrüßungswein bis zur perfekten Betreuung auch während unseres Aufenthaltes durch Carlos (jederzeit per Whatsapp oder SMS zu erreichen) - es war alles nur erfreulich, und wir haben richtig ein bißchen Heimweh nach dort.

Natacha und Carlos haben alles Wissenswerte auch in einer Informationsmappe für ihre Gäste zusammengestellt, von Restaurantempfehlungen bis zu den WLAN-Zugangsdaten, kurz: Alles bestens, besser geht es nicht! Vielen Dank noch einmal an die beiden! Wenn wir mal wieder nach Las Palmas kommen, dann werden wir sicher versuchen, wieder hier zu wohnen.

Vom Busbahnhof Santa Catalina bis zur Wohnung sind es ca. 6 bis 8 Gehminuten, mit Gepäck zehn. Unser Rückflug ging so früh, daß es noch keinen Bus gab - Carlos organisierte uns ein Taxi, das pünktlichst um 4h30 vor der Tür stand.

Rund um die Wohnung gibt es Dutzende, wenn nicht Hunderte von Restaurants. Alle sind eigentlich gut, einige ganz besonders gut. Hier empfiehlt es sich, einen aktuellen online-Ratgeber zu nutzen. Die Restaurant-Empfehlungen von Natacha und Carlos in ihrer Mappe sind auf jeden Fall alle sehr gut - und dabei in vernünftigem Preisrahmen.

Wer selbst kochen will, findet in der Küche und in Geschäften und den Markthallen auf jeden Fall alles, was man braucht. Supermärkte gibt es noch und nöcher, von winzig bis unüberschaubar; ein hinreichend großer SPAR-Markt mit Frischfleisch- und Käsetresen ist rund 200m entfernt, sieben Tage die Woche geöffnet. Für Spezialisten und Gourmets gibt es z.B. die Markthalle von Vengueta.


Diese Wohnung können wir nur empfehlen, es gibt wirklich nichts an ihr auszusetzen.
