The listing is very accurate. If you want a cozy camp/cottage stay this is the place. We have been renting for the past 5 years + and I cannot wait each year for that time to come to just to sit and relax on the screened in porch over looking the lake listing to the loons. Nothing is more spectacular in my mind or my families. You are secluded but yet convenient within a 20/25 minute ride to supermarkets, outlets, Lake Winnipesaukee for a ride on the Doris E. or Mt. Washington, miniature golf, Drive-in, Weirs Beach, race track, etc. Nice little country store in center of town if you need to pick something up quick, fresh baked goods on Fridays and Saturdays, pizza not bad either! Interior is well kept, kitchen stocked with all conveniences, comfortable beds, and nice “great” room with a lovely fireplace that wood is provided for. Also provided, games, books, VCR/DVD TV, not that you’re going to watch it much. You’ll be sitting on that porch as the sun sets having dinner or playing cards; gin rummy, Uno or checkers just listening to the lake and the loons! Every year we have rented there has always been some improvement made to the exterior, again very well kept. The owner is very in tune with the renters, she cannot do enough for you or to make your stay a great one. Great place for the price, big value when your taking a family away in today’s economy or even for a couples and/or girl's getaway. Maybe we’ll see your picture on the visitor cork board when we get there next year!
