Three bedroom holiday accommodation, sleeps 6, (1 double bedroom and 2 twin) on the first floor with truly spectacular views of Woolacombe Bay and the Atlantic. There is a small balcony off the main bedroom and a well kept rear garden area. This self-catering holiday apartment is just a 4 minute walk from the 3 miles of safe, golden sands of award-winning Woolacombe Bay, one of North Devon's best family and surfing beaches. It is 3 minutes from the shops, restaurants and tourist attractions of Woolacombe village.

This apartment is south facing with its own separate entrance. It includes a fully fitted kitchen with modern cooking facilities, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and all of the items you could possibly need while you enjoy your holiday in Woolacombe. The modern bathroom is fully fitted with both bath and shower facilities. The apartment has central heating, instant hot water, fitted carpets throughout and a spacious dining/living area with Freesat TV and a DVD player and WiFi/ The bedrooms come supplied with linen, towels and duvets. A travel cot is available on request. There is an off road, free, private car parking space available for the apartment.

Woolacombe Bay is ideal for swimming, surfing and sunbathing with plenty of space for all, even at the busiest part of the holiday season. It has won both the blue flag and Premier Seaside Beach awards for its cleanliness, water quality and facilities. Life guards ensure safe family swimming during the summer and surfers come from all over the country to enjoy the great waves and clean water.

This is the ideal family holiday retreat. Miles of sand, rock pools for the young and or a great place for surfers. The views from the living room are truly spectacular. A small balcony provides the perfect spot for an evening drink and to watch the sun set over the ocean.

A wonderfully comfortable and convenient apartment with great views of Woolacombe bay. We stayed over the New Year period and thoroughly recommend the property. Well equipped and comfortable with great communication throughout the booking process we would recommend to anyone looking to stay close to the centre of town.

Amazing views from the wonderful apartment.

This was our 2nd stay in Gail's lovely flat, and we had a wonderful time. Fully equipped, comfortable and clean. It was just the 2 of us, but the 3 bedrooms could comfortably accommodate 3 couples and would be great value! Spectacular views from lounge and master bedroom which has a nice little balcony too. Great communication from Gail and some nice little treats on arrival left for us. Hope to be back!

Thumbs up all round!

Just returned from a long weekend stay in this fab apartment!

Things couldn't have been any better, from the comprehensive correspondence with Gail during the booking process to the apartment itself.

The apartment is in a great location, literally a stones throw from the beach and shops, bars and restaurants, with amazing views of the coastline. The rooms are all very spacious and the apartment is very well equipped, from the kitchen to the clearly newly fitted bathroom to the living room which comes stocked with a dresser full of books, games and even some binoculars for having a nose at all that is going on on the beach below!

I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone. It is a great find and I defy you not to have an amazing stay!

Lovely apartment, beautiful view.

Had a lovely holiday in this very clean, spacious apartment.We loved the spectacular views from both double bedroom and lounge. Apartment was well furnished with comfortable beds, extra pillows, comfy sofa and well equipped kitchen.We visited Appledore, Westward Ho! ,Lynmouth, Lynton, Clovelly and Lundy whilst we were there, but thought that Woolacombe was by far the best place to stay.The beach is amazing and there are plenty of places to eat just a short walk from the apartment -yes there is a steep hill on the way back but we managed it and we are not spring chickens! The property owner was easy to contact and very helpful- thank you Gail for a lovely week - it went far too quickly.

Wonderful weekend break

We had a wonderful time at the apartment. Tt had everything we could wish and thank you Gail for our welcoming gift. My god-daughter would walk down to the beach in her wetsuit and go for a swim whilst her mum and I watched from the apartment with a glass of wine. It's a great place to stay to explore Woolacombe and the surrounding area. We will definitely be back. Thank you again Gail.
