Aloha and welcome. We hope you have a memorable visit to the Big Island.

The Fairways at Mauna Lani is a quiet gated community located approximately 30 minutes from the Kona Airport. This comfortable 2-bedroom condo has a living area of 1,646 sq. ft. and accommodates as many as six people (an inflatable queen bed can be set up in the "study area" of the Master Bedroom). There is a King bed in the Master Bedroom and a Queen bed in the Second Bedroom.

The Fairways is surrounded by many fun golf courses so if you are a golfer, you are in luck. You will enjoy watching the golfers putt on the 4th hole of the Mauna Lani North Golf Course as you sit at the dining table or relax on the covered lanais. The lower lanai comes equipped with a Viking gas grill for some great barbecuing.

The kitchen is fully furnished and we even provide some coffee for your enjoyment. Games such as poker, Sudoku, backgammon, chess, etc. are also provided for your entertainment. The unit comes with a closed-door garage and nearby open-air parking is also available. A small black sand beach is just 5 minutes down the road from the Fairways and the town of Kailua-Kona is just a 45 minute drive away. There you will find movie theaters, shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions such as swimming with the Manta Rays, sailing, fishing, whale watching, hiking, etc.

As our welcome gift to you, Hawaiian fruit juice and six bottles of water will be provided.

Truly a Home Away from Home!

What a lovely home. So spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect - between Waikoloa and Hapuna Beach. We went up to Hapuna Beach every day to body was awesome! The highlight of our trip was swimming with the spinner dolphins at Captain Cook's... AMAZING!!!

There is a Foodland just up the road, so getting groceries was easy The town home was stocked with just about everything else we needed - beach towels, beach chairs, kitchen appliances, utensils, pots, pans, DVDs, games, etc. There was even detergent for the dishes and laundry!

The property manager was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely work with her again.

I highly recommend this rental. It is great for families - our 2 kids loved having their own beds and bathroom! Hopefully this home will be available for our next trip to The Big Island!
