This perfect location has 1700 square feet of living space for you to stretch out and relax and sleeps eight comfortably with two bedrooms-the master with a king size bed, the second bedroom with a full size bed, two built in full size twin beds off the living area AND a pullout queen size sleeper sofa. The master has a full private bath with double sink vanity and a walk in closet. The second bedroom shares a full bathroom that has double entry. The balcony is so big you won't believe your eyes! At 39 feet in length and 350 square feet, there will be more than enough room for beach front entertaining, and with 39 feet of window space, you will experience the best views available on the gulf. You will never miss a sunrise or sunset!
For your added convenience we have provided cable television in both bedrooms and the living room. There is also a DVD and CD player in the living room. A phone with answering machine is provided for you. A full kitchen is at your service with any and everything you may need if you decide to cook including a full size stove and refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, silverware and plenty of pots and pans and cookware. We also have a washer and dryer in the unit in a private closet if you decide to do laundry.
Gulf Crest has two very large pools (one heated year round), two outdoor heated Jacuzzi tubs, a kiddie pool area, a fitness room and a game room with video arcades. There are two pool-side gazebos and chaise lounges and chairs surround the pool deck.
We are located on the prestigious Thomas Drive & Joan Avenue which is far less congested than Frontage Road and with easy access to anywhere on Panama City Beach. There are numerous outstanding restaurants, mini golf, go-carts, bumper boats and shopping with in walking distance. Super Wal-Mart is only one mile away. We did enjoy our stay. The unit was great except for a leaking faucet in the kitchen and a broken leg on one of the chairs. Notified ECD on arrival to the unit. After about 3 days, someone did come to repair the faucet. In stead of knocking, this gentleman walked right in. I was in the shower and my husband was laying on the couch with nothing but a towel wrapped around his waist, so this could have been an awkward situation. Chair leg was not repaired. ECD is a little slow about responding to calls/messages but overall our vacation stay was great.
We had an amazing time. Room was a lot bigger than expected! We even had a brand new washer and dryer delivered during our stay which was great!!

Worst condo I've stayed in
Condo needs painting, kitchen needs new appliances, cabinets are scratched and in bad shape, the entire condo needs new flooring, bathrooms need new cabinets....basically the entire condo is in bad shape. The microwave had rust all over it with MOLD growing on the inside of it. No one will actually speak to you regarding any of the issues. On top of this they charged. $75 fee to pay with a credit card and then when we checked in we were charged another $25 "regisitration" which no one told us about. Basically I am extremely upset with this owner for not having things clean and in shape for renters, this condo should not be allowed to be rented until it has major work done and a deep cleaning.
We rent here almost every year, and this condo needs a lot of little things upgrade.
Mattress, fry pans were way past replacement and are the super cheap ones, most lamps the switches were broken, Tv controllers didn't all work, the breaker for the master bed tripped many times during our stay depending on the fan speed, walls needed painting, all the furniture needs upgrade, patio furniture needs upgrade, and many more items that I may have already for gotten. We enjoyed our stay, but we felt the price of rent did not match the condos shape.
NASTY, NASTY, NASTY
DO NOT rent this unit!!! Cleaning personnel needs to be fired ASAP. This unit needs to be totally gutted. Furnishings are worn out and dirty. We rented this unit through HomeAway/VRBO. Not sure what their standards are for rental property but if I were them I would drop this unit from the inventory.
The grounds seemed to be well maintained however the unit was was not
• The boards on the living room floor were broken
• The ceiling fan is the Master bedroom was broken and did not work
• Front Bedroom closet doors were broken and did not work
• No ash trays on the balcony as promised
• A few of the remotes were missing the back pieces that hold batteries in. And one remote got hot when you use it
• Large couch is broken down and needed fixed
• There are a lot of paint chips and scraps on the walls throughout the Condo. Which would not have been so bad had there appeared to be a greater detail to cleanliness
• Keybox does not work (good thing one of us arrived early)
• Kitchen faucet leaks
• Ice Maker needs adjusted or replaced hardly any ice comes out and yes we waited 24 hours to ensure it just did not need to refill
• Cleanliness in general could have been a lot better, lot of dirt around baseboards and better dusting. There appeared to be no care. There was a piece of shard glass I cut my foot on in restroom.
*Balcony was dirty too
• No dustpan
Got a broom , dust pan and ash trays right away. Next day called again on the ceiling fan. Nothing else was corrected when we left.
The beach was beautiful.
