The Phoenix-Rose villa is located high in the village of Anses d'Arlet, 300m from the sea. This is one of the most authentic villages of Martinique, ranked in the 'essential' in tourist guides.
Its sandy beach, very family is divided into two by a pontoon to the delight of children and fishermen.
