Hello, just wanted to tell you how much I have enjoyed staying in your comfortable home in such a great location. I made use of your Pilates mat as I do yoga here 2/3 times a week so each morning I was on your terrace doing my asanas. It is the perfect ambiance and place for
yoga and I loved it. Thank you so much for letting me have that pleasure. New York was so much better than I expected and I had a fab time with my family.
This was a perfect family getaway that is reasonably priced. We are a big family and personal space isn't an option! The cost of a hotel for our size family without the wonderful kitchen and privacy is ridiculous. We were visiting New York and seeing family which are all over New York so for us location was everything too. Family could visit us as well which was nice. My kids loved their rooms and the park was down the road along with a pool. Walking in the neighborhood was nice too. Again, everything is centrally located. The house was very comfortable, fully equipped to feel like you are in your own place and they even had games and things so the kids had something to play when we were home. We really loved our stay and the owners were very respectful and available if we needed them.
In New York City, myriad attractions include museums, concerts, opera, Broadway shows, restaurants, galleries, shopping, Soho, the Village, Battery Park, and the Statue of Liberty. Our beautiful Hudson River Valley includes the historic Rockefeller and Gould estates, Sunnyside (home of Washington Irving), the gardens of Wave Hill, two 18th-century manors, the New York Botanical Gardens, and the Bronx Zoo. You can explore these sites and picturesque Hudson river towns by walking or biking along the Old Croton Trailway State Park that borders the Hudson River. Avid hikers can explore Bear Mountain State Park while beach lovers can drive to Jones Beach State Park in about an hour.
