About Patrick Perri

I'm a retired NYPD detective from Special Victims Division, just like the TV show, for 26 years. Born and raised in Long Island, NY. Currently live in Manhattan. William and I purchased this beautiful home in June of 2011. The moment I walked into this huge country kitchen, I knew this was the house for us.

Patrick Perri purchased this house in 2011

Why Patrick Perri chose Provincetown

In 1987, a friend of mine took me to Provincetown for a week. I fell in love with Provincetown that very moment, and I have been vacationing in Provincetown every year since 1987. At first I rented with Bed and Breakfast's, which I love, then I went to renting condo's to private homes. I found the people of Provincetown, and its visitors to be extremely friendly, and outgoing. The fresh clean air was a plus, since coming from Manhattan. There's something about Provincetown, that is soothing, and tranquil. I feel relax and at peace when in Provincetown.

What makes this house unique

What I love about this house is that it gives you a comfortable feeling. I love the fact that you can go out on the second floor new deck, and gaze at the Pilgrim Monument. The house is located in the center of Provincetown, with a block and a half walk to Commercial Street where all the stores and restaurants are located. During your stay at the house, you walk or bike your way through town. Choose to dine in, the huge country kitchen can seat up to 10 people, and there is a private brick patio with a BBQ grill, and picnic table to eat outside.

Great location, great house

  • 5 of 5

My husband, 3 children and I had a terrific stay in Patrick and William’s house. The four bedrooms afforded us the space to spread out. The location was terrific - immediately adjacent to all the shops and restaurants of Ptown. They were gracious hosts. We had a wonderful time.

Excellent as always

  • 5 of 5

This was our third year in a row renting Patrick and William's beautiful home for Provincetown Bear Week. I cannot imagine renting anywhere else at this point as it now feels like home. We've had the same group of people going for the past three years and all said it was like walking back into a family vacation home. It is incredibly comfortable and welcoming. All the beds are incredibly comfortable, each bedroom has an A/C, and the living room/Den is very inviting and setup for relaxing and lounging. The kitchen is incredibly large with a table that will seat eight. Every kitchen amenity you could possibly need can be found in the cabinets and drawers. The deck off the second floor was a great place for relaxing and watching the parade of beautiful men walking up and down Alden street. :) From the house to Commercial street is no more than a 2-3 minute walk. Yet, far enough away that you hear nothing in the evenings as it is VERY quiet on this street. Coming in by Ferry, no worry as it is at most 10 minutes walk (and not up a hill). You have a convenience store within one block for minor needs and a market within a 1/2 mile for grocery shopping. I often read in groups on FB where people are wanting to know where to park in PTown. This home has a driveway with parking for one, possibly two cars if you are crafty. I can't say enough good things about this home. It has always been immaculately clean upon arrival, well maintained, and well appointed. Thank you again for another lovely stay your in home. Can't wait till next year.

Great space and location

  • 5 of 5

Eight of us stayed here for the 4th of July and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! The house has plenty of space, an awesome deck and patio, and is located right in the center of town. Everything we needed was easily accessible, and Patrick and Michael were amazing hosts. They were very communicative and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Great location, great house, great owner!

  • 5 of 5

Last year, on my first trip to P-Town, my friends and I were deciding between this house and another one—we went with the other one, mostly because it had slicker, better lit photos. This year, I definitely wanted to give Patrick's house a go, and I'm so glad we did. Our trip this year was so much better, and it was all thanks to the house. The location was perfect—off of Commercial, so it's quiet, but still close enough to the center of things that you can easily stop in for a rest several times a day between drinks, beach, dinner, etc. My group of seven spent plenty of time out on the deck, which was lovely, and in the spacious living room with plenty of seating. (The coziness of the living room made a huge difference for group dynamics!) Best of all, Patrick was extremely accommodating and responsive in the time leading up to the trip and during. When I asked him if he had any games, he generously offered to reimburse me if I bought one for the house. (Enjoy the game, future guests!) I highly recommend this home for a comfy, authentically P-Town stay with great hospitality.

Location, Friendly, Cozy

  • 5 of 5

This was my favorite place to stay in PTown to date. The location was perfect, the house was cozy and nearly perfect for the eight of us that stayed for an extended Labor Day weekend. Patrick and William take a lot of care and personal touch in opening their PTown home for guests. Thank you!

Great location, great house

Myself and 3 other friends rented the house for a week and had a great time. The location is perfect to be able to walk to both parts of town, and we were on the upper deck all the time. Great place!

Provincetown is home to a vibrant art community, beautiful local beaches and great shopping. The National Seashore beaches and bike trails are just down the road. Fantastic restaurants are also a well known feature of the town with a dizzying variety of styles and tastes. Many clubs featuring live entertainment and dancing are just a short walk away from the house. Even with all of this activity so close by the house feels very secluded and private. Provincetown is accessible by car, the high speed ferry from Boston or Cape Air from Logan airport. Provincetown has several cab companies that are available to take you to the house from the Provincetown airport. The high speed ferry docks at the central Pier which is only a few blocks from the house.
