About Patrick Perri
I'm a retired NYPD detective from Special Victims Division, just like the TV show, for 26 years. Born and raised in Long Island, NY. Currently live in Manhattan. William and I purchased this beautiful home in June of 2011. The moment I walked into this huge country kitchen, I knew this was the house for us.
Patrick Perri purchased this House in 2011
Why Patrick Perri chose PTown
In 1987, a friend of mine took me to Provincetown for a week. I fell in love with Provincetown that very moment, and I have been vacationing in Provincetown every year since 1987. At first I rented with Bed and Breakfast's, which I love, then I went to renting condo's to private homes. I found the people of Provincetown, and its visitors to be extremely friendly, and outgoing. The fresh clean air was a plus, since coming from Manhattan. There's something about Provincetown, that is soothing, and tranquil. I feel relax and at peace when in Provincetown.
What makes this House unique
What I love about this house is that it gives you a comfortable feeling. I love the fact that you can go out on the second floor new deck, and gaze at the Pilgrim Monument. The house is located in the center of Provincetown, with a block and a half walk to Commercial Street where all the stores and restaurants are located. During your stay at the house, you walk or bike your way through town. Choose to dine in, the huge country kitchen can seat up to 10 people, and there is a private brick patio with a BBQ grill, and picnic table to eat outside.

Location, Friendly, Cozy
This was my favorite place to stay in PTown to date. The location was perfect, the house was cozy and nearly perfect for the eight of us that stayed for an extended Labor Day weekend. Patrick and William take a lot of care and personal touch in opening their PTown home for guests. Thank you!

Great location, great house
Myself and 3 other friends rented the house for a week and had a great time. The location is perfect to be able to walk to both parts of town, and we were on the upper deck all the time. Great place!

Eight of us comfortably shared this spacious home for the week of Carnival and were thrilled with our choice!
Hosts: Patrick and Bill are so gracious, despite the fact that they are NY Yankee fans! :)
From the time that we booked until after check-out, they were incredibly responsive. Patrick even took time to share photos that they happened to take of us during the parade!
Location: The house is so convenient to everything that we needed. We literally parked the cars when we arrived and never needed them again. Commercial Street is a 3 minute walk away, and we were at Tea Dance within 10 minutes of leaving the house. That said, the street is quiet enough that noise was never an issue.
Outside: The two car parking was wonderful to have! The patio/grill was very convenient to the door off of the kitchen, and the outside deck was great for coffee, lunch and cocktails.
Inside: The kitchen is fully equipped and a large gathering spot. The home is spacious and comfortable. We were even able to host a dinner party for 20 people! The AC units worked really well, and there are plenty of them. The bathrooms were large and clean, and the bedrooms were far enough apart for privacy.
Overall, this is a great home and a terrific experience!

Perfectly located and beautifully maintained
This was our fourth year renting from them, and as always Patrick and William were great hosts. The house was clean, comfortable, and suits a large party. It has plenty of space to be together, but also several places to break away from the larger group when you need a breather. It's also one of the few houses in Ptown that someone in a wheelchair can manage in (no ramps, but tiny steps and a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor).
In an unusual occurrence this year, one of our group had some horrible travel issues, and Patrick and William offered to help in ways that most landlords most definitely would not. Thankfully, we didn't need to take them up on the offer, but just making the offer speaks to who they are.
Rent this house. But NOT on the week we go! :)

Excellent, comfortable and convenient
We have been visiting Ptown almost every year for almost twenty years, and this is the best place we have stayed at yet. Very comfortable, plenty of space for our large family, beautiful view of the Pilgrim Tower from the deck, lots of attention to detail, amenities provided, right downtown near Commercial street. Wonderful place to feel at home for a week.

Second time here
This was our second time renting this beautiful house during bear week. The house is very well furnished and incredibly comfortable. Comfortable as in you can truly feel at home here. There were seven of us this year, and everyone had plenty of room. You could easily slip away to your quiet bedroom if you needed some me time. Also, the location is superb. It is truly a 10 minute (or less) walk from the Ferry and a two minute walk to Commercial street. The kitchen is fully furnished with all amenities you could need. The living room furnished with lots of comfortable seating. Every bedroom has it's own A/C. The street it's on is VERY quiet so it's a peaceful place to hang out. Plus, Patrick and William are very easy to work with and a joy to know. I would HIGHLY recommend this home and will definitely rent a third time.

Provincetown is home to a vibrant art community, beautiful local beaches and great shopping. The National Seashore beaches and bike trails are just down the road. Fantastic restaurants are also a well known feature of the town with a dizzying variety of styles and tastes. Many clubs featuring live entertainment and dancing are just a short walk away from the house. Even with all of this activity so close by the house feels very secluded and private. Provincetown is accessible by car, the high speed ferry from Boston or Cape Air from Logan airport. Provincetown has several cab companies that are available to take you to the house from the Provincetown airport. The high speed ferry docks at the central Pier which is only a few blocks from the house. Other Activities: Dancing, dining and whale watching
