About Patrick Perri

I'm a retired NYPD detective from Special Victims Division, just like the TV show, for 26 years. Born and raised in Long Island, NY. Currently live in Manhattan. William and I purchased this beautiful home in June of 2011. The moment I walked into this huge country kitchen, I knew this was the house for us.

Patrick Perri purchased this house in 2011

Why Patrick Perri chose Cape Cod

In 1987, a friend of mine took me to Provincetown for a week. I fell in love with Provincetown that very moment, and I have been vacationing in Provincetown every year since 1987. At first I rented with Bed and Breakfast's, which I love, then I went to renting condo's to private homes. I found the people of Provincetown, and its visitors to be extremely friendly, and outgoing. The fresh clean air was a plus, since coming from Manhattan. There's something about Provincetown, that is soothing, and tranquil. I feel relax and at peace when in Provincetown.

What makes this house unique

What I love about this house is that it gives you a comfortable feeling. I love the fact that you can go out on the second floor new deck, and gaze at the Pilgrim Monument. The house is located in the center of Provincetown, with a block and a half walk to Commercial Street where all the stores and restaurants are located. During your stay at the house, you walk or bike your way through town. Choose to dine in, the huge country kitchen can seat up to 10 people, and there is a private brick patio with a BBQ grill, and picnic table to eat outside.

Well stocked house in a perfect location.

  • 5 of 5

My friends and I have rented this house for several years, and we love it. The location couldn't be better and the house itself is well stocked with all the incident things that you want in a vacation house (detergent, paper towels, beach towels, etc).

Incredible Provincetown Property

  • 5 of 5

8 of us stayed here during Carnival in 2016 and couldn't have been happier. Centrally located to EVERYTHING, quaint, cozy and absolutely comfortable. Our hosts were beyond accommodating and helpful, and have created an environment that is welcoming to all. We would encourage anyone to rent this property!

Could not have been any better!

  • 5 of 5

Patrick and William are a joy to work with when renting their house. The house was exactly as presented in the profile on HomeAway. It was ideal for our needs. All four bedrooms had incredibly comfortable beds and A/C. The location was a two minute (I timed it) walk from front door to center of PTown where the action was happening. There were two small groceries and a gas station within a 2-4 minute walk of the house. One grocery was basic necessities and the other was an health food/orgranic market with amazing breakfast and lunch sandwiches. There is a bike rental across from one of the markets as well. From the pier where the Ferry stops to the house was 1/4 mile and maybe 10 minutes walk (with luggage). So needless to say, everything you need is within a few minutes walk. The street was completely quiet in the evenings resulting in a great place to relax. Wonderful, wonderful place to stay when in PTown. Can't wait to rent it again!

Fantastic and charming house, and the owner was a pleasure to work with

  • 5 of 5

I don't have enough positive things to say about the house or Patrick. He was kind, responsive, and courteous throughout the registration process and our stay. The house was impeccably clean and nicely furnished, and was exactly as described on the listing. Patrick followed up continuously throughout the stay and even checked up on the weather. If you are looking for a place to stay in Provincetown, I recommend staying here highly. Will be on the top of my list if I'm ever looking to rent a house again.

Great Space

  • 5 of 5

The house had everything we needed while on holiday. Great spaces to hang out e.g. Large sofas, upstairs deck, outside BBQ area, dining room table. With ice cubes on call.

The clothes washer and dryer did a fast excellent job.

All the utensils, pans etc we needed were provided.

And thanks Patrick for what makes a special stay that much better. The Wine and the Smarties were lovely touches.

Would definitely stay again here.

Week Vacation on the Cape

  • 5 of 5

This rental was PERFECT! It comfortably slept 8 adults, had an amazing kitchen and patio for meals and was just a block or two away from the main downtown area!

The house was clean and William and Patrick went above and beyond to make us feel welcome when we first arrived.

Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Provincetown is home to a vibrant art community, beautiful local beaches and great shopping. The National Seashore beaches and bike trails are just down the road. Fantastic restaurants are also a well known feature of the town with a dizzying variety of styles and tastes. Many clubs featuring live entertainment and dancing are just a short walk away from the house. Even with all of this activity so close by the house feels very secluded and private. Provincetown is accessible by car, the high speed ferry from Boston or Cape Air from Logan airport. Provincetown has several cab companies that are available to take you to the house from the Provincetown airport. The high speed ferry docks at the central Pier which is only a few blocks from the house.
