Lovely 2 bedroom refurbished apartment . Beautiful sea & mountain views from a private balcony. Situated on a quiet privately owned, fully secure complex with pool .

1st floor (top floor) refurbished, fully equipped comfortable home from home.

Centrally located in quiet area only 10 minutes walk from beaches, main strip (Av de las Playas), sea front, old town and shopping centre.

Our complex has a sister complex across the street and you are welcome to use the pools on this complex also. There are also plenty of sun loungers provided. There is a bar serving drinks and snacks most of the day and a small supermarket next door.

We, as a family, just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our holiday in your lovely apartment and wow what amazing sea views. This was our first ever visit to Lanzarote and we loved it, Puerto Del Carmen is lovely and we particularly enjoyed strolling along the promenade in the evening. I have put a review on, not sure if its gone through though. Once again, thank you for a perfect holiday.

We spent a fabulous two weeks in early November 2016 in this very well equipped two bedroom apartment. The weather was bright and sunny and the apartment was very comfortable with every home comfort you could possibly want. The balcony was a real bonus with beautiful views of the sea and surroundings.

We enjoyed lots of walking. We walked to Puerto Calero twice which was a very pleasant walk going up from the harbour. We also walked the opposite direction to Playa Honda, had lunch there and caught the bus back. We also used hire car to tour the island and go to different beaches. There are numerous restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. 0verall a great apartment and we hope to have the opportunity to stay again in future.

Amazing Views

This was our first ever visit to Lanzarote and we were not disappointed, not over commercialised by tower block type hotels unlike some resorts. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped with a lovely balcony and the most amazing sea views, what a hidden gem. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and promenade where you will find a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, however the walk back up the hill may take a little longer in the hot temperatures. A must is a visit to Timanfaya National Park where you can ride on a camel, only 6 Euros per person for around 25 minutes, very funny. The volcanic landscape was breathtaking you could almost imagine you were on the moon or on another planet, plenty of photo opportunities. We would like to thank Sue & Steve Parr for their good communication with our booking and would certainly recommend this property, we had a fabulous holiday.

Lovely apartment with fantastic sea view

The apartment is situated in a very private area and we think it has the best location on the complex, it is very well equipped and has a good sized, sunny balcony with table and chairs where we ate meals as it has fantastic views of the sea. The complex is away from the bars and clubs and so is very quiet.The apartment does get very hot as there is no air conditioning but there are ceiling fans. The pool area was a bit disappointing as it's very small and only has about 5 sunbeds but you can use the pool at the complex across the road although we never did so can't comment on what this is like. There are two small supermarkets across the road for essentials and larger supermarkets including Lidl about 10-15 minutes walk away which are much cheaper. The gorgeous beach and main strip are a 10-15 minute walk downhill and there is good choice of restaurants and snack bars, the walk back up the hill could be bit tiring in the heat! This is the first time we have used Owners Direct and were very impressed, the communication with the owners was excellent and the booking process was very straightforward.

Lovely, clean well equipped and located apartment

we stayed here in early March . The apartment is a short taxi ride from the airport and a nice walk down to the beech or old port. Well equipped and very clean. Was a really great place to stay and I would stay again. Many thanks

Perfect for a relaxing post christmas break...!!

Three of us and a seven month old baby enjoyed a Sun filled fortnight in the sun..apartment was perfect for a quiet area..easy access to child friendly pool and bar across the road. Facilities in the apartment were great and benefit of a balcony which had all day Sun was even better. At most a 10 minute walk downhill to beach and restaurants. Slightly more uphill but all good exercise with a pram. Would recommend a stay in the apartment and the resort.

The property was very clean and homely and so comfortable, I wanted to bring the bed home! It was fully equipped with everything you needed. The views were lovely and the location of the apt was perfect. Also Sue was lovely to deal with and her prompt replies and warmth and helpfulness was greatly appreciated. I tried to book for late January but unfortunately this was booked. All in all a dream holiday in lanza and I/we will definately return without question! thank you to the lovely lady who changed the bedding mid week too. Don't hesitate get booking :-)

Centrally located everything for your holiday is only short walk away. The main 'strip' with all the bars and restaurants is under 10 minutes walk, The shopping centre and old town a similar distance. The popular Playa Grande beach is found just a 10 minute walk away. On this beach there are cafe's for refreshments, freshwater showers and toilets. Sunbeds and parasols are available for hire as well as pedlo's.

There are 2 championship golf courses on the island. Costa Teguise established in 1983 is a mature course and a challenge to any golfer. The course at Tias opened in 2008 and promises to take its place with the best courses in the Canaries - only a 5 minute drive.

There are lots of things to do on the island which is only about 40 miles long and 16 miles wide. There are specialist companies all along the main strip who can organise day trips and tours for you, or you can hire a car from either the airport or the numerous car hire firms along the main strip. The beautiful area of Puerto Calero with its designer label shops and millionaires row of private yachts is well worth a look. You can enjoy a drink or a bite to eat in one of the many restaurants with fairly reasonable prices and lovely views onto the marina, and see how the other half live! Taxi is only about 8 euros from Puerto del Carmen.

Amongst the many stunning Volcanic features of Lanzarote is the largest Volcanic tunnel in the world the Atlantic Tunnel, which is over 7 km long and includes the Cueva de Los Verdes and Jameos del Agua, both are fantastic places to visit.

There are also many other places to visit and explore such as the Timanfaya National Park, The Cactus Gardens and the most beautiful and famous house of Cesar Manrique.
