Great apartment in an amazing location.

The six of us had a great stay. The apartment is in an excellent location, 3 minutes walk from the bars and centre of Chamonix. 5 minutes ski boot walk from the bottom of the Savoy drag lift which takes you up to the Plan Praz gondola. The number 1 bus stop is right outside which takes you to Les Praz Flégère or Les Houches The number 2 & 12 bus stop is around the corner which takes you to Les Grand-Montets and Le Tour/Balme. The apartment is modern, clean and compact but sleeps 6 easily. The kitchen is well equipt and the ski locker room is very useful downstairs. The view up the valley from the balcony is great. The owner and the agent were very friendly and helpful, supplying all clean linen within the €140 fee. My only comment is that it would be useful to have more than 1 apartment key for a group of six people. Thanks for letting us stay.

Great location to the slopes!!!

Our family of five had a great stay at this apartment. We arrived that night and the host met us there to show us around and even helped with our bags! There is a separate ski closet in the basement which was helpful in avoiding lugging skis up and down stairs. This house is right on the Main Street surrounded by restaurants and shops. It felt very safe. Easy to pop down and grab a croissant for breakfast! The bedding/towels were very clean, although the bed was not very comfortable. The bathroom (except flooring) was very modern. The bathtub did need to be scrubbed as the bottom seemed grimy and the drain was clogged up. The views were amazing however the deck was covered with ice/snow so we couldn't walk out on it safely. We didn't spend much time here as we came for skiing. I might stay here again if some of these issues were resolved. The area is amazing and we had a great ski vacation!!

excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est très fonctionnel. Le balcon a une belle vue sur les pistes. L'emplacement est vraiment idéal avec un très jeune enfant qui prend des cours de ski.

Appartement très fonctionnel et idéalement situé. Par contre très mal équipé pour le quotidien : pas de micro ondes, ni bouilloire peu d'ustensiles de cuisines. Compte tenu du tarif pourrait mieux faire.

Owner's Response: Merci pour votre commentaire. L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce et la kitchenette est équipée de tout le matériel nécessaire. Nous y avons néanmoins ajouté une bouilloire. L'important est que vous ayez passé un bon séjour sachant qu'on vous a attendu bien au-delà de 18h pour vous remettre les clefs, et qu'on vous a laissé l'appartement un après-midi de plus pour vous permettre de skier jusqu'à la fermeture des pistes. Le bien-être de nos hôtes est notre priorité!

Good location, beautiful and clean

We were 6 Italian girls and we higly appreciated the location (in the center of the town), the fact that the appartment is near to the sky resorts, the beautiful new fornitures of the appartment, its cleaning, the services granted by the agent of the owner of the appartment, always at our disposal for any kind of urgency.
