Beautiful apartment overlooking the sea

Gorgeous apartment. Perfect setting. Lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the sea move in and out as well as the ferries coming and going from Portsmouth. Very conveniently located for supermarkets, restaurants and the local town. Parking in underground is easy and convenient.

Gorgeous views and great location in luxurious apartment.

Four of us stayed in this impeccably decorated apartment for two weeks. We walked to the walled city (15 minuted) or down the beach and the other direction on the beach (15 minutes) to the spa or to my husband’s wind surfing lessons. The secure underground parking was a convenience. The kitchen was adequately equipped. We made breakfasts and occasionally dinner. We also used the laundry. The check in and check out were smooth. We highly recommend and hope to return.

Vue magnifique, appartement très confortable

Vraiment une magnifique vue! On ne se lasse pas d'y observer les marrées. Appartement spacieux pour 6 et très confortable, bien équipé, conforme à la description et aux photos. Intérieur soigné et très design (plus ambiance suite d'hotel que maison familiale). Parking souterrain facile d'accès et très pratique vu le manque de places dans les rues voisines. Il y a la route entre l'immeuble et la plage mais le bruit n'est pas gênant (en octobre, fenêtres fermées) et ne gâche pas la vue sur la plage et la mer si agréable depuis les canapés du salon...

Amazing!

This is a fantastic property. Brand new with every convenience. The property is extremely spacious and could easily fit 6 adults. The views are fantastic and its close walking distance into old town, whilst not being right in the middle of chaos of the tourist area. Bonus of a balcony to sit and enjoy the view.

Couldn't have been happier with this property.

Tres satisfaits

Il y a tant de bonnes choses a dire sur ce logement: les vues sur la mer sont tout-a-fait incroyables avec spectacle de coucher de soleil gratuit tous les soirs (ou presque pour nous); chambres confortables ainsi que la literie, cuisine impressionnante, meubles de salon steriles mais confortables. Il manque des petites choses: ou sont les sechoirs a cheveux ? Les produits de nettoyage et de lavage? Drole d'oublier de mettre ces necessites.

Nous sommes a 10 mn a pied d'intra muros, a 3 mn d'au moins 2 tres bons restaurants. Pour un bon supermarche, il faut une voiture ou prendre le bus.

La plage horaire ou on peut joindre le gerant est limitee, et on nous a dit que si nous ne venions pas a ces heures, nous payerions, voyons, comment dire, une "amende" pour avoir derange le gerant? C'est difficile a croire... Mais, dans l'ensemble, nous avons ete tres satisfaits de notre sejour. On reviendra!

Très belle adresse

Nous sommes venus sur la période de vacances de la Toussaint. Très belle appartement possédant une vue sur mer réellement exceptionnelle !

L'appartement est très bien équipée, très belle cuisine, literie de qualité (nous y faisons très attention), appartement spacieux, et surtout très bien situé.

Cette résidence possède le grand avantage d'avoir la gare et la vieille ville à moins de 15 minutes à pieds.
