We currently own 2 additional properties (one at 12606 Coastal Hwy #2 and the other at 411A Lost Colony 146th St #324) in Ocean City and were looking to add another property to service more guests.
My family and I had a great time at Our Winds. We went there for our daughters 16th b-day and brought a couple of her friends along with us. They had a ball, everything is so close, they walked to the ice cream store, McDonalds, shops other food places and of course most importantly, the beach. OC boardwalk was only a 7 minute drive stright down the road. Our Winds was clean, comfortable, had enough space for 5 of us. The kitchen island table was great for breakfest and all of our dinner (that we ate there) mostly went to the great eateries within walking distance of the place. I will definetly stay there again next year, can t beat the price per night to be in OC Md and so close to the beach,

Kitchen was good. Bedrooms were adequate. The pull-out bed was hard and unsleepable for our grandson. When we travel with our grandchildren television is important, unfortunately we had limited access and the local (and Olympic channels) were not working. I am confident the problem is fixed now.
Beach access was great the pool was beautiful, access to the beach bus was around the corner and all in all our short stay was good.
Very very dirty..never had this kind of experience before.. It's just worst place , period..
I really enjoyed my stay. The beach was a short walk away and the private pool was great. The owners are super friendly and accommodating.
Stayed here on a rainy weekend, but we still enjoyed our time in OCMD. This was a nice size condo that fit all of our needs! It was a little far from the main drag, but it wasn't a bad drive. Also the bus was close by. Would definitely consider staying here again!
My family and I had great vacation stay here and I would stay again next year. My only complaint was it was no TV in the master bedroom other than that I loved the condo!!
The pool was great. The condo itself was pretty dingy. The ceiling fan was broken and was never fixed. The carpet was horrible, dangerous tacks sticking up in places. The whole thing was fine but too expensive for what we got!
This is a great East Coast beach town. There are tons of different types of activities for all ages. Come on out and join the fun!
Golf: Lots of people stay at our place and hit various golf courses. Many can be found online.

When you arrive, your keys will be in a lockbox hanging from the doorknob. You will receive ALL check-in information (including a special access code for the lockbox) 2 weeks prior to checking-in. Renters are to provide their own sheets, pillowcases, towels and paper products. If you would like to rent linens (or a crib, beach chairs, etc.) Absolutely no smoking permitted inside OR outside the unit. Violators of this rule will be evicted and fined! Excessive noise and music is prohibited. Please be mindful of our neighbors. There is no grill on the property. THIS IS A VERY, VERY QUIET CONDO COMMUNITY! THIS UNIT IS ON THE 3RD LEVEL SO PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF NOISE AND RUNNING AROUND. PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS!!! OCEAN CITY NOISE ORDINANCE LAWS TAKEN IN EFFECT AT 10PM PROMPT! WE HAVE A POLICE OFFICER THAT RESIDES/MONITORS THE BUILDING AND WILL EVICT ANY VIOLATORS OF THIS RULE!!!! A signed lease agreement is REQUIRED to rent our unit which you will receive one you book this unit. Primary renter is responsible for the condition of the unit and ALL occupants, all of whom must be on the lease. There is a convenience store and hardware store on 147th St. (simply cut across the block via the hardware store), plenty of places to eat along Coastal Highway, the infamous Harpoon Hannah's Restaurant & Tiki Bar (up 146th St on the bay) and the Fenwick boardwalk all within walking distance. There is also a bus that runs 24 hours a day up and down Coastal Hwy…The OC boardwalk is located between 1st and 31st Streets. There is a pool outback is for your use at your own risk. It’s the larger one NOT directly beneath the balcony. There is ample parking for 2+ cars on the parking lot. Lost/Stolen Keys will result in an automatic replacement fee of $285 and placement on our blacklist. Located 3 blocks to the beach & within walking distance to shops/dining/entertainment. 8 miles to boardwalk.
