Always a great stay
I've stayed in this unit several times, it is always extremely clean, comfortable and well stocked with any kitchen implement I might need. It has a million dollar view, and Brian is extremely friendly and helpful. I can't really say enough good things about either the unit, or Brian. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Unbelievable View, close to everything, perfect for a couple.
Great stay in a nice little condo on the beach. The lot next to our building was under construction but that wasn't a big deal at all, there was no noise (but may be something that happens in the future), and the amenities were great. We saved money by making our own breakfasts and lunches.. ate on the deck which was a great view of the beach. Getting the parking pass and understanding the situation with parking was a little tricky but after we understood where we could park and all that, it was great and no problem.

There’s just one thing I would change put the TV in the bedroom up higher. That way you could see it when laying on the bed. You have a great place. We love the location, and the view.

Great overall Stay !
We could see that the condo was perfect when we first stepped foot inside. Even the front entrance door had a fresh coat of paint just recently. I know I am a painter by trade & own a painting business in Pittsburgh, PA. The condo had just about everything you will need to cook 3 meals a day. My Wife & I did not go out to eat in Restaurants because of the flu that is going around. Beds were real comfortable. The view was to kill for enjoyed being right on the Ocean. Love the location so easy to walk to any place the condo really is as advertised close to all Attractions. We will definitely recommend to our friends enjoyed our stay.

No Peace or Serenity Here
We arrived to find the parking lot was blocked off due to the demolition of the building next door that had started the week before. We contacted the owner and were informed that there were two other parking areas for us to use. One a parking garage that was third row away from condo. Work crew started anywhere from 6:30 am to 8:15 with shovels scraping on cement, backhoe/dozer smashing concrete, not to mention the very loud saw that they were cutting the cables and rebar with, and a crane with a very large battering cement block knocking walls and floors down roughly 100 ft from our bedroom window and balcony. The dust and diesel exhaust fumes were terrible. Only day that they did not work on demolition was Christmas. That was the only day we could enjoy the balcony. We could hear the neighbors and upstairs occupants all hours of the night . Oh, and Santa left a cockroach on the floor Christmas morning instead of coal! We were glad to leave for home!
We at Brians Condo suites try very hard to keep our condos in immaculate condition as you can tell by the other reviews.
We are very Sorry but the demolition of the building next door was not something I could change or have any control over. The Guests reservation was made well before the Demolition began & at the time demolition was not even considered..
In regards to the cockroach we have the building sprayed on a regular basis. The condo was inspected before & after the Guest stay & there were no signs or evidence of a cockroach.
After the guests departure 8 days later we had a repair done to the condo still no evidence of cockroachs found anywhere. Again I apologize for the demo but had no control over it.
