Our 55 sqm apartment is on the 1st floor of a building with lift, in the popular district of Lepanto Street in the village spirit and typical Nice. It consists of a nice bright and sunny living room, with two beds and opening on a south-facing terrace, which is equipped with a table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfast and meals. The open kitchen to the living room is equipped with a 4 ring hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and small appliances), a spacious bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, also open onto a terrace. The bathroom has a small bath and WC is independent.
All shops are nearby and nothing missing (bakery, butcher, caterer, marcket crossroads, etc ....). You can also daily (except Monday), 10 minutes walk, enjoy the famous Liberation market where are installed gardeners and producers from the hinterland. All the pleasures of a genuine market in the mid cafes, bars, restaurants and other businesses in the neighborhood and at very affordable prices because the market is less touristy than the Cours Saleya
Tip: leave your car to rest in peace, because everything is easily accessible on foot, by tram or bus (€ 1 per journey throughout the department! ) Or for the more energetic blue bicycle € 1 day! or by train, the train station is 7 minutes walk from the apartment.
Indeed, after Notre Dame, you will be on the Avenue Jean Medecin, the main shopping street of Nice where you will find the tram that will take you in a few, minutes Place Massena and Vieux Nice Italians accents but where we always talk Nissart (local dialect), at the Promenade Paillon (also called Green Belt) with 12 hectares of greenery from the Nice National Theatre to the sea, to the famous Promenade des Anglais and of course the beaches. Everything can of course be fully walk down the Avenue Jean Medecin, "fall" on the pedestrian Place Massena, continue to the sea through the old town, with its Provencal markets, you will not be disappointed this beautiful ballad!
