At the heart of Avoriaz, our apartment of 47 m2 is located in the Les Portes du Soleil B. South West facing, it is very bright and has a balcony.

It is close to the village children and all shops.

This apartment completely renovated has:

-of an entrance with two cupboards.

- a living room / kitchen of 22m2 with a fitted kitchen (sink, dishwasher, induction hob, combined oven, fridge, hood, Senseo coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, raclette, appliance fondue ...), a rapido corner sofa converts into a double bed 140X190 (mattress 18 cm), a table and 8 chairs, a flat screen TV 81cm.

- a bedroom with 1 bed 140X190 and a dresser.

- a sleeping area with a bed 140X190, 1 bunk bed 80X190 and a TV with DVD player.

- an independent WC with a washer-dryer.

-A bathroom with 90x140 shower, a cabinet with sink, mirror, towel dryer, hair dryer and toilet.

The apartment has windows and a door window with double glazing thermal and sound and unlimited WIFI.

The extras:

-Sheets of beds provided and beds made on arrival.

Well Appointed Central Location In Magical Avoriaz

A beautiful apartment just over from the ice skating rink, supermarket, tourist office and ski slope. The sofa bed was comfy and the rooms very liveable for a week (from experience all rooms in ski apartments aren't that big).

Better than Ski In + Ski Out is the 40% discount you get from the owners ski rental shop just behind the supermarket (Top Ski). Arrive in the morning to heated boots, absolute luxury.

Nearby is a swimming pool with palm trees, a sort of water slide and a climbing wall. Kids loved it. There is also a bowling alley not to far away.

Also the bolougerie (bakers) is just a 2 minute walk up the hill, with an amazing selection of cakes and breads.

The only downside is the noise, you are is a central to Avoriaz, which means you will hear people out and about coming back from the bars.

All in all, if we were going back to Avoriaz, would definitely book again.

Excellent Location

Best location in Avoriaz. My 2 children had lessons in Village des Enfants which is right next to the apartment.

The apartment was clean and fitted out to a high standard.

The deal with the local ski shop was so convenient. We could leave all our equipment there each evening and walk the 50m back to the apartment or to the local restaurants and bars. Boots were dry and warm every morning.

Un bel appartement confortable

Un appartement très bien rénové , confortable, bien isolé avec des matériaux et de l'électroménager de qualité.Très bonne isolation

Très bonne situation , spacieux.

Nous étions une famille de 5 avec 2 grands de 17 et 19 ans et un de 9 ans.

Appartement au top pour semaine idéale

Un appartement décoré avec goût, équipé avec des appareils et du mobilier de qualité. Tout est là pour notre confort. Idéalement situé dans la station et pour autant calme avec une super isolation des fenêtres. Des propriétaires très sympathiques. Nous avons logé à 2 couples avec 2 enfants (5 et 3 ans) et nous n'étions pas à l'étroit. Une adresse à retenir !!!

Prestations haut de gamme, il n'y a pas mieux!

Appartement avec vue imprenable sur la station, au plus près du centre. Balcon très agréable. Appartement lumineux, fonctionnel, décoré avec goût et fraîchement rénové avec des matériaux de qualité. Tout est parfait. Le petit plus est le rabais chez Twinner pour la location des skis avec la possibilité de laisser le matériel sur place. Le propriétaire est d'une gentillesse, tout semble facile avec lui. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour. L'appartement est spacieux pour une famille de 4. Nous vous le recommandons chaleureusement.
