About Lisa Rudacil

Rudy and I live in Maryland. Rudy was a home inspector and licensed public insurance adjustor and I am a speech/language pathologist and retired after working for 35 years in the public schools. Rudy is originally from VA and I am originally from MI. We have both lived in 5 different states.

We love to travel, especially in the west, and enjoy visiting our grandsons in Oregon.

We are committed to providing a rental experience that serves our guests and makes their trip as comfortable as possible!

Lisa Rudacil purchased this townhome in 2005

Why Lisa Rudacil chose Emigrant

Rudy and I spent 3 summers vacationing in Montana (Glacier National Park and in Yellowstone). On a trip to Yellowstone in 2005, we stayed at Chico Hot Springs Resort in Paradise Valley and watched as the townhouses, at Avalon Villas, were being built. We were so taken with the breath taking views, the wildlife and Emigrant, that we decided that we wanted to own our own small piece of Montana. Two months later we called the developer and asked her if any of the townhouses were available. There were two left. We chose an end unit, thinking that we would have more light and views of the Big Sky. This all took place while driving on the Washington, DC Beltway. When I turned to my husband to ask him if we he thought that we had made the right decision, he said, 'look out the window.' In the lane next to our vehicle, was a semi-truck from Billings, Montana. I guess that was our sign! We love Montana and Paradise Valley!

What makes this townhome unique

The mountain views from our upper deck off the master bedroom and our patio, are amazing!! Having two full bathrooms, makes our town house much more comfortable and easy for all of the guests to get ready in the morning to start their day in Yellowstone. We have just added a landline phone with unlimited long distance, so if you can't get good reception on your cell phones, you don't have to worry about contacting your friends and family!

Guestbook comments from the owner

Your house was wonderful and stocked full of every different supply anyone could need, you thought of everything! Thank you again for your hospitality, we will definately use your townhouse again!

Cherished Memories

  • 5 of 5

Our family of all adults came in from: MT, AK, TX, PA, NY, & WY for our father's 80th and mother's 79th birthdays. The first impression of our sunlit vacation home rental, was how immaculately clean and well-stocked it was. Everything we needed to cook and serve big meals was on-site. We enjoyed sitting together on the porch and upstairs deck looking right up at the gorgeous mountains. This particular rental is exceptional and generously priced for all its amenities and location. Lisa has been gracious, accommodating, and readily available to answer questions. Our family gathering is now a precious lifetime memory, largely due to the beautiful, relaxing, and homey environment we were fortunate to be together again in.

We all highly recommend this vacation home and will certainly stay here again.

Fully stocked and comfortable

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed this place. Upon arrival it was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we've ever had in a rental. They thought of everything. Even had coolers in the garage. Beds were comfortable. When we mentioned our plane wasn't leaving until late in the day Lisa said we could check out as late as needed, which was great. Owners were very accommodating and nice to work with. Only wish there was a bigger tv. Would definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

Nice place to stay.

  • 5 of 5

Nice townhouse in Paradise Valley. Very small town but has good food at good price within walking distance of the house. A bit of a drive to the Northern Entrance to Yellowstone but we saw lots of deer and elk in the fields along the way. Would be best to have a drift boat if planning to fish the river near the property.
