About the property

Renovated farmhouse, 2 large living rooms, 4 bedrooms, garden, pool, quiet

Mas 19th in a charming Provencal village at the foot of the Alpilles, 4 bedrooms can accommodate up to eight people, 200 m2 distributed between ground floor and first floor.

On the ground floor: entrance, bathroom (sink, shower, toilet), a large living-dining room very bright with a kitchen with a center island very well equipped (a large induction hob , plenty of storage, a drawer refrigerator, a water point "the gatouille" dedicated to vegetables and fruits), large closets and an attached pantry (sink, large fridge, washing machine, dishwasher).

Communicating with the first stay through a double door, a second relaxing stay / TV and WiFi. Both stays open south by large windows overlooking the garden and two terraces shaded by a pergola one, the other by a trellis. The living room with the kitchen is actually a stay living room / kitchen / dining room. The second visit is arranged salon. The beds are only upstairs (no sleeping on the ground floor in the living room).

Upstairs is accessed by two different steps:

a first staircase (side room / kitchen) allows access by a corridor with two bedrooms (1 and 2) with exposed beams, south facing both, each with two separate beds (200 x 80 Dir. 1, or 200 Bdrm 2 x 90) juxtaposed in a large bed (200 x 160 1 Bdrm, or 200 x 180 2 Bdrm), a large wall cupboard with shelves and rods, a large window overlooking the Alpilles...; a bathroom with two basins included in a masonry plane, a large shelf below, a walk-in shower; separate toilet with wash basin.

a second staircase (living side / TV) provides access to a sliding bearing two bedrooms with exposed beams also exposed one to the south and east (room 3), the other to the north and the is (room 4), each with 2 single beds (200 x 80 br. 4, or 200 x 90 br. 3) juxtaposed with a double bed (200 x 160 br. 4, or 200 x 180 Bdrm. 3) and a large cupboard, a window and a small window; a bathroom with 2 basins placed on a wooden surface, shelf beneath each side, and a walk-in shower; separate toilet, with a washbasin.

The three south side rooms have a nice view of the garden, the pool and the Alpilles.

The north side bedroom opens onto an olive grove and the old village; fenestron its east opens to the Luberon.

Mild winter heating with heat pump, air to cool in the summer.

Each room directly overlooks the garden and terrace, with table and chairs, decorated with flowering plants, to reach the lawn and the pool., Which is bordered to the south and west by a wall varied vegetation. Four sun loungers are available as well as two umbrellas, one of which is deportee.

Outside side, are: a sliding gate giving access to a car park, covered and not shady, 2 car; a pedestrian gate; discreet clothes drying rack; and a poolside cabana (technical and storage).

A barbecue and a table tennis table are available.
