First floor apartment chalet, 300m. the Beach of Regla, in a very quiet area with a large private terrace with awning and garden furniture. Hola, mi nombre es Antonio y estoy casado con Mari. Actualmente estoy jubilado, pero durante toda mi vida laboral he trabajado en un banco. He estado destinado en numerosas sucursales en distintos lugares, pero ahora tengo fijada mi residencia en Chipiona.

Chipiona es un pueblo muy tranquilo de la costa gaditana, tiene 18.000 habitantes, pero que en los meses de verano puede multiplicar por diez su población ya que es uno de los principales destinos turísticos de la Costa de la Luz. Tiene 3.000 horas de sol al año, los inviernos son cortos y templados y los veranos, aunque calurosos, lo son mucho menos que en el interior de Andalucía. Cuenta con unas magníficas playas de arena dorada y fina, galardonadas con la Bandera Azul de los Mares Limpios de Europa y con estupendos paseos marítimos, donde podemos pasear, tomar el sol o disfrutar de la brisa del mar.

Yo espero, que como a mí, les guste Chipiona, disfruten de sus vacaciones, y quieran volver a repetir.

Una estancia de ensueño en familia

Pasamos una semana muy agradable en una casa preciosa:

piso bien distribuido y amueblado para sentirse a su gusto, cerca de la playa y de muchos comercios. El barrio es tranquilo y los propietarios muy simpáticos.

Recomendamos el lugar donde esperamos volver para aprovechar el sol andaluz.

Owner's Response: Esta familia se alojó una semana (8 noches) el pasado verano en nuestro apartamento. Es una familia muy agradable y educada y nosotros nos alegramos de que su estancia les haya gustado. Para este año tienen ya reservada una semana en febrero, la semana de Carnavales. Nuestro agradecimiento.

L''emplacement permet un accès facile aux plages et au centre ville. Il est agréable à vivre avec sa grande terrasse ensoleillée. L''appartement est parfaitement géré par Antonio et Maria qui ont beaucoup de doigté et savent avec discrétion mais efficacité se faire apprécier.
